Property is your traditional motel setup however owners have presented achieved a very high level of cleanliness and facilities which differentiates it from other places we have stayed.. contactless Checkin was easy, both rooms were next to each other as requested. We left an expensive toiletry behind which we had to return for an hour after we checked out. Staff had already found it and sent me an email. Great service.

As a large bloke would have preferred a firmer bed, but that is personal taste.

Great comfy stay for the family. Loved the microwave, cutlery and bowls etc. great value for money.

We booked through booking.com and arrived at 11:45pm with two sleeping kids and still no code to access the locked box. Spoke with someone from the property who was wonderful. Booking.com only sent the message with the code at 9am - 1 hour before checkout!! Awful experience but not from the motel…

2nd time we have stayed here and it's always very clean. Great family room. Had an issue accessing our key from the lock box but this was fixed quickly.

The front light shines through the window near the door which is a little annoying when trying to sleep. Ended up hanging a shirt up there which helped a little. Light went off at 1:15am which was good. Understand it's for safety, just a little annoying.

Comfortable clean room, bathroom was a little dated but still very comfortable and clean. Thank you for the real milk in the fridge was an absolute bonus, I often go and buy a small fresh milk on arrival, I could have a coffee without going to the supermarket first. Bed and pillows were good and slept very well.

Room was a little dark on arrival and I had trouble finding the light switch

The room was lovely and clean and bright. Bed was ever so comfortable, bathroom was a lovely size and the shower was great with good pressure. Had everything we needed and free wi fi and aircon. The pool was lovely after visiting Pioneer Settlement after a hot day. Close to shops easy walk to everything.

Spacious. Plenty of bench / under-bench area for suitcases and bags to be kept. The bathroom's vanity was in the middle of a long bench - heaps of room to hold a toiletries bag and spread out your things. Lovely ambience with the exposed brick walls, good carpet and comfortable colour scheme. Bed very comfortable. Would have been happy to stay for a week if I could have!

The freezer in the mini fridge was rather small. We were keeping our esky cool using homemade "ice bricks " made from 1.25L soft drink bottles, which we would keep in the freezer overnight, ready for travelling the next day. We used six motels during our trip and this was the only motel where we could not fit both bottles in the freezer.

We enjoyed our stay and it was mostly very good. Location is excellent, clean room with comfy bed. The cleaning staff member on duty in the mornings was superbly helpful.

The absence of onsite staff undoubtedly helps keep costs down but the downside is that nobody is available to assist when there's a problem (no light in the bathroom).

Great room for an overnight stay on the big SA to NSW drive. Has all the basic amenities needed for that type of travel, effective A/C for climate control in the room, very clean, and close to take away options for dinner. A great budget option when staying in Swan Hill.

staff were amazing, managed to squeeze me in and had a cleaner come out late in the day just to be able to get me a room when I really needed it, I’m a sales rep so I travel around all over Victoria and beyond and this has been one of my favourite places to stay and I will come back, beds were super soft and comfortable like sleeping on a cloud, rooms didn’t feel congested, room was amazingly clean despite the late notice I was coming, and pool for the hot days.

they gave a bar of soup instead of body wash which I prefer personally but that’s just personal preference

The location is close to all facilities and was very quiet. I could not hear any noise from traffic. The beds were comfortable but not long enough for 6 footers. Could not hear any noise from next door rooms.

No breakfast as advertised. Cook doesn't work weekends. Reception not open on weekends and probably weekdays as well as it was still closed 10am Monday. Also on there site it states breakfast (AUD8). I don't know what $8 gets but it wouldn't be much.
