Location was close to bus stop and easy to get around. The pool was nice.

The screen sores and sliding door was very annoying both front and back very hard to open and close. Could not use the stove as the range hood is falling apart with chips of wood coming apart in splinters and falling in the food. Bathroom needs a really good scrub as very dirty or better still the kitchen and bathroom Reno. Pricing was expensive and very disappointing to hear that other people staying at the same place paid a lot less than we paid.

Large well equipped apartment set in gardens. A bit old fashioned and in need of a refurb, but clean, well maintained and has all you need. There is a guest laundry too which is handy. There is a small pool but you also get to use the larger pool at Moonlight Bay Suites (part of the same complex and where reception/check-in is) which is lovely. Use of a very well equipped gym also at Moonlight - the best I've come across in my 2 months in Australia - a really great facility with good quality running machines and a full weights rack - and aircon!  Reception staff are all lovely and very helpful - a real credit to the place. Town bus stop close by. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The only downside I can think of is it's a 15 min walk into town, which might be an issue if you're not mobile and don't have a car, but the stop for the town bus is also close by.

Very comfortable apartment. Spacious rooms. Very good air conditioning and fans. Kitchen with modern stove and microwave. The building is older style but in good condition. The location is reasonably quiet and the property is secured by boundary fencing and keyed gates. Within walking distance to Chinatown. Bus stops Very close by too.

The bathroom is dated and would benefit from some maintenance. The shower curtain is too short which allows water to escape and wetting the floor. Otherwise functional.

Didn’t request for breakfast. Location is excellent. Your reception at Moonlight Bay stayed a little longer for my arrival, and showed me the way to Bayside. Being first time to Broome, travelling alone, and at 7pm it is completely dark, getting the hotel key from a lock box i can imagine it would be very difficult for me to find the way to Bayside with the luggage etc, esp there was no one around to ask for direction. So your reception at Moonlight suite is very helpful.

Thank you for the upgrade to Moonlight Bay Suites - was not expecting that. I needed some help getting my case up the multiple flights of stairs to my new room but staff was very obliging. Absolutely loved being able to store luggage and use the guest room after checking out - meant I could really enjoy the extra time I had available before flying home. Location so close to Broome Explorer bus stop was an added bonus - I made good use of that bus!

Getting up and down the stairs was a bit difficult, but that was just my dodgy knee- no fault of the establishment

Box of breakfast stuff for $12 per person. Milk, juice, cereal, fruit in container, bread (for toast), butter and spreads. Plenty of coffee, plates and cutlery in room. Nice pool. Clean and comfy. Close to Matsos.

Walk from Bayside to reception at Moonshine with big bags a pain. Would have been nice to have a shuttle bus to airport. Bathroom looking a little old with shower curtain that did not reach the lip of the cubicle.

Small complex of 12 rooms with pool and grassed area in the middle. Fence is complete around complex, which ensures safety. Directly opposite Matso's so not far for a meal or a cocktail. Great location. Free on-site laundry was very handy. Bbq available to use.

I read reviews pretty closely on this property before booking. I’d agree that it’s past time for some cosmetic work in the rooms, however it was set in a convenient location if you aren’t set on Cable Beach. The Broome Explorer bus is quite close and convenient. The pool was adequate for the number of rooms and clean. Perhaps a few more pool amenities (tables and chairs) than just lounges would make the space more inviting and usable. At current level of care, it seemed somewhat overpriced this early in the season. That said, I enjoyed my stay.

Very clean

The blind broke overnight and hit me on the head. It was repair promptly but there was no follow up by management and when I questioned that it was disregarded as nothing much. Eventually when I pushed it I begrudgingly got a free meal ticket but I should have had that one night accommodation refunded as it wasn’t a safe place to sleep n I had a pump on my head and I was basically told tough luck.
