It was quiet, spacious rooms and peacefully relaxing pool area. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful! The restaurant was first class. The staff notified us our room was ready early which was very much appreciated after a long flight. On our last day we checked out of room at the requested time but we were able to still use all the facilities including the pool until we departed @ 3.00pm!

Interesting that the bathroom, toilet & shower are literally outside in Balinese style! Perfectly OK except we could not get any hot water for the shower. It was explained it was solar heating & because it had been unseasonably cold in Broome we would need to press a red button & wait 30 minutes to get it warm!!! BUT they sent the handyman to help out and we were later able to get a reasonable temperature and he offered for us to use another villa to have a shower!

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The actual complex is very pretty and the Spa staff and facilities very, very nice. We had some room and TV/Netflix issues. Jack kindly moved us and Yvette had the patience of a saint when trying to get some of the next rooms electronics working - the previous customers had taken the "toggle" out of the back of the TV which meant sourcing one that would work and redoing all the set up. That took a several hours, poor girl! The pool is beautiful and Tony, the groundsman, does a great job keeping everything lovely. The restaurant has excellent chefs so we had 2 evening meals there out of 8 nights. Broome is super friendly and I just loved the whole experience. The outside bathrooms are fun while it's clear and no wild weather. If you like pearls, as I do, there is a mind-boggling choice in Broome. I would recommend to hire a car from the airport. There is a great choice. I used Budget as I spoke to a very pleasant man called Wade who couldn't have been more helpful. There's one car hire place called Broome Broome! :) I had previously taken 2 taxis as I didn't know where I was. $50 later...and distances are a few K's between places. I soon realised Broome is super spread out and the taxis are very erratic and expensive.

I think it would be worth a full systems check of each room after customer leave. I also think it should be made obvious that some units literally have a bed in the dining/kitchen area with no privacy. For two couples booking in to these units it would be a ruined holiday. Even a wooden screen would improve the situation. I was with a female friend who stays up later so she had that room but she had zero privacy and I felt "locked" in my room until she was clearly awake. The unit we were moved to had 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one inside and one outside. The outside toilet area was trashed in a storm one night with palm leaves, water, etc coming in. The outside toilet wasn't useable as I would have been soaked!

Great accommodation for a couple or family. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with our young adult children. They had upstairs bedroom with their own bathroom. Downstairs bed is in living area with outdoor bathroom which was fun. Kitchen was well set up and each apartment had its own Weber bbq. Staff did quick service of rooms each day. Maintenance quick to fix small leak in irrigation outside our room. Onsite restaurant was amazing. Short stroll to tavern, general store/cafe, and beach. Had a great stay here and will definitely be back.

This is the place to stay in Broome. Beautiful Bali style villas, very comfortable bed. Gorgeous huge claw bath overlooking an outdoor mosaic private outdoor shower. Beautiful private outdoor garden area with BBQ. The pool area was a lovely place to relax and cool down from the heat. lovely garden paths led to our Villa . The spa was a highlight and to top it all off the restaurant was outstanding , quality food and wine in a stunning setting with indoor and outdoor seating options. within easy walking distance of cable beach and other restaurants.

Villa # 25 was lovely and spacious. Very clean and the bed made for us everyday. The double shower, outdoor shower and huge bath were fantastic. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Cable Beach and the bus stops both to town and Cable Beach are just outside the resort. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was lovely. The pool was clean and the area kept clean and tidy by the attentive staff.

Only tiny issue was the size of the pillows. (1st world problem, I know). Found the pillows too high for our comfort. Perhaps another option such as spare pillows could have been slimmer to suit all sleeping tastes.

The room was gorgeous, loved the outdoor shower and gardens were lovely. I used the Spa services that were excellent - best massage ever! Great location to the beach and handy shop/cafe nearby. We also ate at the resort restaurant and best meal in Broome!

Very relaxing ambience, Asian influence in design, not a massive resort where you need a map. Deluxe Studio Villa superb, particularly the outdoor shower, but also with an indoor full bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen and outdoor barbecue useful if spending more time here. Staff young, cheerful and helpful.

Only a minor quibble, the on-site restaurant is tiny so couldn't get a booking, and not open for breakfast. Tip - pre-book dinner.

Very comfortable. A little slice of Bali in Broome. We had a deluxe villa our first visit and a two-bedroom villa the second time. That was a lot of space for a couple, but it was the only room available. Apparently the Spa is excellent, but it was booked out so cannot confirm. However the restaurant is magnificent. Easily the best meal we had on a 3-week trip. We would eat there every night if we could.

Nothing really. Be aware it is self catering, but there is a general store down the road that does food and coffee. the Pub on the corner is good for dinner and it’s a few minutes walk to Zander’s on Cable Beach which does a great breakfast.

The check-in staff were very friendly and able to store our luggage prior to check-in. The villa was very large with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The "outdoors" bathroom was a real feature with shower, vanity and toilet in a separate area that was open to the sky. The Bali Hai is very close to Cable Beach and provides a relaxing setting.

It was very hot in Broome when we were there (over 34 C most days). The villa was air conditioned but only operated when we were in the room (there was a switch that needed the key to be inserted for the air conditioning to work. This meant we could not keep the room cool when we were out. It would have been good t have a sit down dining table in the room. There was a table outside the villa in an undercover area, but was too hot to use. We had hoped to eat at the highly rated restaurant but it was closed on Good Friday.
