The staff were friendly from arrival. My room was excellent and had a gorgeous, secure courtyard. I had an amazing sleep in the large, comfortable bed. The pool was huge, nice and relaxing with a good temperature. I had dinner at the restaurant (Lazy's) and had delicious, crunchy spring rolls and a huge strawberry daiquiri for only $16.

The admin office was difficult to locate. Upon exiting the bus, the pink building does not easily indicate that you have arrived at 'The Continental Hotel'. I wasn't the only guest to be confused as to where the entrance to the admin building is. There are signs for 'Lazy's' restaurant near the glass doors that lead to reception, but no obvious signage for reception.

Straight away the staff were welcoming and super helpful when it came to recommending activities and places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is beautifully kept, lovely gardens and pool areas. The vibe is immaculate and the music in the public areas is chill and relaxing. The rooms are clean, quiet and airy with good aircon systems keeping cool in the heat. As I mentioned in my booking it was for me and my mum’s birthdays, they contacted me to see if I would prefer split beds which was so helpful. When we arrived to our room it had been made up with a birthday display which was an amazing welcome!! So thoughtful. The food and drinks at the Conti bar are really good, especially the fish tacos and margaritas. Breakfast menu is small but nice too with something for all tastes including veg, vegan and gluten free. We had a small issue with our fly screen coming off the bathroom window and within 10 mins of us mentioning to reception, it was being fixed which is exceptional customer service. Location is great just a small walk to town beach and the jetty, across the road from Matso’s brewery and the bus stop outside takes you all around Chinatown and cable beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The only tiny, tiny tiny thing I would say is there’s no decaf coffee at the bar - not a complaint at all but a suggestion :)

The Hotel was within reasonable walking distance to town (1.3km each way) and close to Matso's Brewery. The bed was a little firm however the room spacious with efficient air-conditioning, a bar fridge with milk and bottled water, a Nespresso machine with 3 capsules and a kettle for tea making. Toiletries supplied were basic pump bottles of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I received a compliment cocktail voucher on checking in and enjoyed a delicious light meal in the on site restaurant.

Strong Wifi, easy safe gated parking, good room with a nice patio. Elevator access. Fantastic location to walk to good restaurants and Matso’s Brewery, which had wonderful food! Front desk employees were very friendly and accommodating. Loved both pools and easy to get a beverage from the on site restaurant/bar. Walking distance to beach, short car ride to Cable Beach.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable for us. Too stiff. This is a personal preference….Other people may love the beds!

Fabulous hotel in great location. 20 minute walk from airport and also near the bus stop which is great during peak season and also across the road from Matso Brewery. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely facilities with 2 pools and a gym. Rooms a little worn and could use an update but clean and have a smart TV and big shower!

The airport shuttle didn't show up so I walked to the airport but reception were very helpful and gave me taxi numbers if I wanted.

I love the kitch 70’s tropical vibe. The hotel staff were very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage a week prior to check in while we went camping on the peninsula. When we returned they had upgraded our room on the second floor. Balcony with views. Spacious room. Great pool with 25m lap section. Also next door to fabulous restaurant. Papa Fuego. The staff went out of their way to ensure we could get a dinner booking. Would definitely recommend this small hotel for value for money.

Excellent suite with bedroom and lounge with fridge and microwave and Nespresso coffee maker (great move!). Well placed for the bus route and a great pub (Matso's ) opposite. Good swimming pool with loungers and a standard hotel bar. i generally used the pub. The staff were excellent, friendly, informative and helpful.

The main swimming pool was under repair but the small pool was fine given the few people staying at that time of year.

Our room was clean and well cared for. There is a lift to upper levels and there are two pools to choose from. Parking wasn’t a problem, but they advised us that sometimes, it can be. The outside eating area is lovely and we went there several times. The reception staff were most helpful and friendly - thank you. There’s lots to do in Broome ranging from the local market, touring trips and sunset cruises. Thoroughly recommend Broome

Loved the decor!!! It was the inside of my mind come to life! Pinks, greens, yellows, bold wallpaper patterns!!! The restaurants on site were varied and all tasty, the rooms had good attention to detail on comfort and the staff were enthusiastic and helpful

The bathroom drainage was awful, water everywhere after a shower!! It’s a bit of a way out but Broome is weirdly spread out, so you’re close to some things and miles from others.

Great pools Querky style great gardens locked parking loads of space in the room

My room skirtings could do with painting as chipped marked and scuffed. Paint these and the room will look brand new. Furniture is great style Bali tropical look but it’s chipped so if it were sanded and stained again it would look brand new. One side of bed sagging. Just commenting so staff have chance to address but it wasn’t a worry for me.
