Large room with a spa, very clean, tidy and comfortable. Very quiet but central location. Staff are friendly, professional and courteous, also helpful. Bunbury apartments is the place I choose to stay any time that I go to Bunbury. I have tried other accommodations but have found this to be the best and great value for money. Just a little thing, but they had wine glasses in the unit and ice in the fridge, which is great as I could have a quiet drink before going out.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I can't really say anymore than that.

Upstairs room, although one of the older ones, was extremely clean and well appointed with desk area, lounge chair, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Bed and pillows were comfortable, with extra pillows provided. Shower and toilet area also very clean and well maintained. Great location with most things close by. Newer units look really lovely and would love to try one of those on another visit to Bunbury

We were unable to open either of the windows on the front of the room although bathroom window could be opened.

Friendly staff at check-in. Room came with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Cutlery and real plates and bowls. Makes a difference when you eat in your room. Bed was comfortable and clean. Position is close to city centre and shopping.

The room was comfortable, however very dated bathroom and overall the room could have done with a professional makeover. Bathroom sink had a crack through it, and light switch in toilet was cracking and didn't look safe. Toilet inlet pipe badly corroded and green...TV standby light and microwave lights are so bright. We had to cover them up to sleep.

Team members came down to do a job at the Hands Oval down the road, perfect location great price and team members enjoyed the stay we will be back end of year to finish the job and will book here again, Guardian Tactile Systems 100% recommends this location for work or leisure stays

Always a pleasure to stay here sometimes staying at a hotel equals not the facilities but the people in this case the people and the facilities are top notch best place hands down to stay in Bunbury if you get the chance to don't hesitate the family missing the establishment is next to anything you've ever seen the staff are welcoming and friendly always polite and willing to bend over the backwards to help you cannot speak highly enough

Kitchen, lounge, bathroom, bedrooms were all clean and tidy. The bathroom was nice and spacious. All utensils provided were good quality and the towels were nice.

No aircon in the main bedroom, not even a fan, when the twin bed room had their own aircon. The bed was really bouncy and you felt every movement from the other person, which was not restful. The sheets on the bed were very crisp and rustley adding noise for every time the other person moved, which you felt anyway.

The rooms were lovely, clean and very comfy. The kitchen area is great as is the lounge. The pool area with all facilities for a BBQ is fabulous. This is the second time we have stayed there for a good reason and will continue to do so. Shopping centres are close by as is Dan Murphy. It is a very central spot for everything in Bunbury. Couldn't recommend it more AWSOME!!!

Just what we needed after a very long day and drive. Staff called as we where running late and it was no issue for us to checking later. Thank you as I was driving and couldn't use my phone to get the number.

We will have to come back to Bunbury and stay longer, I truly think it is a very under rated town on the west coast and has loads to offer any traveler. Thank you for the room and people, it really made our Easter so much more enjoyable

Close to wear we needed to be each day. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Being that we as well as a lot of the guests over the weekend were from other towns for a sports comp that didn’t finish till late. The pool shutting at 6pm made it hard for kids to unwind and relax after a hot and hard day of sporting comps

We were in a one-bedroom unit. We had neighbors on both sides, but we could not hear any noise from those rooms. We had twin beds and they were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and stayed at a steady temperature. The place was clean. We didn't use the swimming pool so can't comment on that.

There was no door or curtain separating the bedroom from the kitchenette. Therefore, when one person gets up early, they can't turn on the overhead lights in the kitchenette or living room because it will likely wake the other person. We moved one bedside lamp to the living room because of that. The location of the motel is not ideal, but we were aware of that ahead of time. It is near a Woolworth store and an Indian food take-away place, but it is fairly far from both downtown and the Dolphin Discovery Centre.
