Clean and everything needed is provided even wine glasses. Able to cook with pots and stove. Also provided detergent and cleaning supplies. There is playground for kids, swimming pool and cafe. Free parking and car is parked just beside the house. Good for loading and unloading. Table and chair available outside for chilling and star gazing at night.

As it is not a hotel, housekeeping is available once if staying 7 nights and above. Extra towel comes at a small charge per towel. Will be good to offer alt days change for towel. Hair dryer is not provided. Charging pt is quite loose with my universal charger. Unable to connect my own hair dryer. Luckily still able to charge phones. Wifi is only available but strongest at cafe. At the home i stay unable to load have to depend on data, however it is fine for me.

The location was great easy to get to and plenty of parking ..The staff were excellent from check in right through the resort .. breakfast menu was excellent with plenty of choice for everyone.. fresh orange juice was delicious and portion sizes were generous We ate dinner 3 nights and the food was delicious and plentiful pricing was very reasonable Chicken Parma Slow cooked roast chicken was a favourite Prawn skewers Can highly recommend all of above The toasties were a firm favourite with the kids for lunch

At dinner Staff were slow clearing the tables of discarded food we ate 3 nights and had to ask for plates to be removed every evening … I’m being picky as the food was delicious

We liked the pool area and the big spa that was easily accessible. The grounds were nice to walk around and was a lovely nighttime stroll to the playgrounds and lake. The facilities looked well maintained. Cafe was great and the playground outside it was fabulous. It is good that you can visit this area without having to stay. Our cabin had 2 car bays which was a nice surprise. People were generally quiet and thoughful.

Floor in the cabin was a bit dirty. needed a mop. There was limited storage in the Superior 2 bedroom cabin. 2nd bedroom had no bedside table. Would have been nice to have more storage behind the door in the living area. or shelves above stove/fridge. Some kids had their toy remote control cars out at 6.30/7am which was very noisy.

Reasonably priced, grounds kept very clean (I had no worries walking to the pool in bare feet), nice location & pool area.

Strange that there was no recycling anywhere, especially because on holiday almost all of your rubbish is food & drink containers! I'd happily walk to a central bin area if having 2 bins in the cabins was too much hassle. A few small things would have made the cabin a bit nicer e.g. we had to go out and buy hand soap, the one thing I usually expect everywhere to have. Only one bedside table in our room. It could be a bit noisy with lots of cars going in and out all the time, lots of kids - but of course that's expected for a family resort with a caravan park. Maybe not great if you're a light sleeper.

Size of cabins, we stayed in a two-bedrooms cabin and there was enough space for 4 adults. Very clean, you could tell the cabin had been recently refurbished. Complimentary parking and good position, not far from shops or the ocean. Great outdoor pool area, didn't use it this trip but stayed before and enjoyed having a dip after a busy day.

Whilst the bathroom size was adequate and the shower reasonably big, the shower rail in our cabin was terrible. Very high up that you could not access it unless you were over 2m tall! Being mounted so weirdly, it was hard to rinse yourself as the water pressure was not strong enough.

Design/layout of the cabin was lacking ... no where really to hang jackets or shirts, the available space sees your clothes touching the floor if you're an average Australian male. Nowhere in the shower to 'put' things ... what do I do with the shampoo bottle when I'm trying to wash my hair. Also, if you're sitting on the sofa, where can you put your cup of tea, or glass of water ?! You're not the first or last place I'll stay where the room has some 'curious' design choices.

The facilities are incredible, there are several great playgrounds, 2 giant bouncing pillows, a pretty lake and a wide variety of water birds, seeing ducks walking around the cabins is quite common. KWR also.has quite simply the best pool and spa in WA. The giant, heated, so hot, so good all year round, spa, a cold natural pool and the perfect temperature of the lap pool with beach entry and spraying fountains are surrounded on all sides by big comfy beds in small patio like areas, a ton of deck chairs complete with umbrellas, a raised platform with more big comfy beds and toilets less than a meter away, it is simply the best. Great new two storey restaurant open 6 days a week, yet more playgrounds, fairy lights and so many perfect , little streets for all ages of scooter, bike, skates both with and without boards.

Cabins are streamlined and stark to the point of severe. The decor is non-existent and after paying $312.50 a night for two nights I didn't really appreciate the sign in the kitchen saying to wash all plates, dry and leave unit clean- isn't that the service I'm paying for? Also it is very hard to access the pool with the turnpike entrance, impossible to manage pool toys, towels, bags etc squeezing through the tiny metal gap.

Excellent pool area, kids playgrounds, cafe , food was great, noise stoped around 10pm each night , which is important that your sleep is not disturbed.

The smell of a dead Rat for a couple of nights, I could not leave the windows open down one side. I reported it and was advised it was under the unit. On leaving today after 8 wonderful nights I saw a RAT go from one unit to another. Not something I was happy seeing . I also noticed their was quite a bit of litter around.

Breakfast was reasonably priced & customer service was friendly. Dinner was delicious, large topped pizza & Beef Ragu was a winner. Cabin was fully contained & cozy, the pool area was a winner & had fun jumping on the big Air Pillows. Relaxing bbq area & lake.

The Scrambled eggs were yucky. They should be fluffy & light, unfortunately they were rubbery & presented like a Pancake. Need to sell lollies & chocolate, that would be nice especially with all the kids that visit, and the big kids😅. Unfortunately the Spa was out of order for our whole stay. The power went out & we had to go to reception to find out what was wrong as the phone system was not operational during that time either & we did not see any notices as advised. Unfortunately the Cafe was closed on Monday, again we did not receive any notification.

What a lovely lush getaway tucked in a suburb. The cabin was immaculately clean, convenient and comfortable. The pools were fun even in semi-stormy weather. The cafe serves decent food with decent prices and has also a nice drinks list. It was a fun and relaxing visit.

We didn't find showers near the pools; it would be great to shower there after the swim instead of having to walk all the way to the cabins. Bathrobes would be great! Also the cafe-restaurant closes a bit early, at 8pm.
