Location, easy walking distance to centre of everything. Very clean and comfortable with adequate facilities. Breakfast was average, would have preferred fresh fruit not tinned, but the poached eggs on request were super. Would have liked a dining table and chairs in the room to sit and eat at, as microwave and toaster provided, but no where to sit and eat properly. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Didn't like that breakfast was an added extra, this made our 3 night stay very costly compared to other hotels/motels we have stayed at. But the breakfast itself was adequate, usual Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, tomatoes beans etc. Yogurt, fruit (tinned), cerals, fruit juices. Poached eggs on request cooked perfectly 10 out of 10 for them.

The room was larger than expected. The shower was hot and had really good water pressure. I basically booked hotel accommodation over a private stay, because I wanted air conditioning. The air conditioning was very effective. The bed was very comfortable. There was no audible outside noise.

Would have preferred ground floor accommodation (due to a hip injury) but I had not requested this. I will ask for ground floor accommodation should I return.

Room was great, large and comfortable. Modern decor and the best shower-head ever! Great way to start and finish the day. The restaurant menu was reasonably varied and the food was excellent.

We had an electrical fault in the room on arrival. The problem was known, as the bed was pulled out from the wall and the power board unplugged, however it had just been left like that by staff. The problem was sorted the next day and all was well.

The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a desk for me to use my laptop on. Very convenient location for anyone getting the train to Kalgoorlie. The bed was comfortable, the tea-making facilities were better than I usually see and the breakfast was good enough.

The wifi, though not slow, would cut out on my laptop every 10 minutes on the dot. This made it quite annoying to try to watch something live online, though would probably still be fine for netflix etc.

Bedroom size good. Bed size good Although the mattress is a bit lumpy. Tight in the bathroom, but a nice large shower recess.

Footsteps from room above very loud at 4 am each morning. Could do with their floor being carpeted.. I use a c- pap machine to sleep and a lack of power points to plug it in meant I had to use the bedside lamp socket. Shower door rails could do with a good scrub. No good lighting over the keypad to access the side gate made getting in after hours very difficult.

the room was well presented stafff where very helpful very comfortable bed to sleep on.

use to have spa at this hotel many years ago and they did away with it which was dissapointing.

amenities (pool, bar, restaurant) were great. Room was clean. Location of Motel.

The mattress sagged in the middle a lot so wasn't very conducive for a good night's sleep for two people.

The location was excellent just a short walk from the train station. The kitchnette were well equipped with microwave oven, kettle, cups, plates and cutlery. The staff from the reception up to the restaurant were friendly, helpful and efficient The food at the restaurant was tasty and a healthy portion. All in all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location very good across from the railway station as we caught the train there. Within walking distance to the Main Street as well as hotels,cafes and supermarket. Good air conditioner.

Would have liked a microwave in the room as well as two upright chairs. Could hear person next door snoring!!

Only continental breakfast available due to renovations. Still a plesant breakfast.

Having to find sll information by scanning a code .older people would prefer a readable version.
