The room was nice, clean, and spacious, with a balcony and a great view The spa services were excellent. Half-board represented good value for money. Breakfast and dinner were very good and we found the staff at the restaurant very attentive and extremely friendly. The hotel offers a very convenient free parking The location is a bit far from the town center, but we considered it a plus in terms of privacy and beautiful surroundings

A minor issue: the air extractor timer in the bathroom did not work

Room was very cosy and clean. Staff was super friendly, every person in the hotel was always nice to us. The dinner was very tasty, full of flavours and gorgeously presented on the plate. We enjoyed the pool (nice warm, also the air temperature was warm), and also the saunas are great!

The breakfast was good but a little bit boring. It was the same everyday, and some rotation could make it better, The kids club could have a renovation and some more toys. We didn't spend much time there, because we spent almost the whole day skiing.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and every day with new towels for spa and bathroom The SPA was very clean and comfortable. I liked the breakfast, a big variety, delicious.

I was with friends and we all complained about the pillows, quite uncomfortable. Out of 5 nights only one dinner (which was buffet) we liked. It wasn't bad, but not good either, i would say it was quite mediocre. for the quality of the hotel and services, i really think that the food needs improvment.

We stayed for one week, with breakfast and dinner included. Food was great and plentiful, specially that every day between 2:30 and 4 pm they were serving complimentary cakes and salads. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. During our stay, we used almost all facilities like: swimming pool, saunas, billiard, tennis court, table tennis and we enjoyed every one of them. All staff were very professional and extremely polite, but we want to give special thanks to Miroslav, who served our meals in his unique way and made our experience very enjoyable with his kindness. We would like to come again at this hotel.

I would suggest to leave some bottles of water at the Reception, just in case some guest will need it during night (12am - 6am).

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with lots of activities around Bad Gastein. It was nice in sunny weather but also in rainy periods. Great place to relax

The hotel hosts groups of kids training in tenis. A bit noisy for us, but the management carefully moved us in another floor. In the end we had a good time and we are grateful to our hosts.

The spa area was excellent, especially the Finnish sauna and cool pool / shower in front. Turkish sauna was exciting too with a changing fragrance every day. Everything was relatively easy which was important as I used the hotel as a base for hikes in the mountains. Room was big and the beds comfy.

Food was a bit generic and bulky at the breakfast and dinners. A lot of healthy options though which was very nice. Service in the restaurant was also a bit weird at times. Room was very hot during the heatwave with no AC making it uncomfortable to fall asleep.

Very nice hotel, beautifully decorated for Christmas, very friendly waiters in the restaurant, the room was comfortable,

we were not allowed to take our dog into the dining room; some hotels designate one area with the tables for dog-owners. Instead we had to put our dog into the car to wait it out. No hooks in the room - to hang a coat, no charging stations or plain electric socket next to the bed - that is a standard facility these days

I love averting in this hotel

Really good facilities: pool is big and water warm - excellent for kids and adults; fitness center/gym has all you need equipment and in very good condition; playground outside, sauna, spa - all you want is there. All rooms have view and food was good. The location is excellent for hiking, a wide variety of trail starts just around the corner..

The reception personnel changed our room two times. The worst experience ever in this hotel! Room was too far from reception. Having difficulties moving luggage around.
