great location (in the heart of Bad Hofgastein), delicious breakfast, super friendly personal (the hotel was not so busy at the time we ve been there, they offered us en extra single room for no surcharge since we re 3, which we haven’t used since the room for 3 was big enough), 2 bikes freely to rent (for no surcharge), thermal radon Bad available at the property or massages (for surcharge), two balconies in the room, Therme entrance included, only 2 mins walk from the entrance, we will be happy to come again, it was great place

Location, value for money are very good. The room size and bed size exceeded my expectations. Very good free-time room on the ground floor. The staff was very friendly, fast and efficient.

Sound isolation of the rooms is not perfect. Heater in the bathroom was not activated. It is understandable, in summer, but one might need it for the bathing clothes after the Therme. Flat screen TV can be larger and/or rotatable, one can watch it only from the bed and it is too small for the corresponding distance. A bit wider selection for the breakfast is thinkable.

Everything was as advertised. The staff contacted me directly to confirm my arrival time and to ask if I had any needs that night. It would be difficult to find a better location.

The bathroom shower could be a bit bigger, and could use some non slip tape.

Excellent localisation in middle of Bad Hofgastein, two big terraces facing south/west, close to Excellent Alpen Therme ( free of charge) and just walking distance 300 meter to lift Schlossalm

The weather could have bern better..Haha!

Great location, lovely staff. Good breakfast. Parking if you need it but near the bus stop and in the heart of the village

This place was amazing. They accommodated my special dietary needs, staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was amazing and clean and homey feeling. Loved it!

The breakfast was perfect for me. Excactly what I expect from an Austrian hotel (no cheap ingredients. The Time was got easily enabling first lifts.

Very good breakfas buffet. Eggs and all types of coffee served at the table. My room had a superb view and a small kitchen.

Just short visit - very nice accommodation. Perfect location in the center.The main advantage is the free entrance to the Alpenthermal. Breakfast was also good. Good price/value. Thank you!

the hotel was very nice and clean, but the best was the service, breakfast with a view was also perfect.
