Good breakfast ,comfortable room with nice view and marvelous location of hotel. Very friendly attitude of whole staff and professional, perfect massage.

There was noting wrong. We were satisfied of traditional atmosphere of this hotel.

Location is ideal with great transport links. Plenty of small shops and cafes within the local area. Staff were very helpful and friendly during our visit. Our room was very spacious and clean. A nice variety of foods at breakfast to suit anybody. We would definitely come back here again!

Everything here was great! An iron would've been nice in the room as well a selection of both sparkling and still water (we only had sparkling in our fridge).

great location in the centre with a casino park across the street, pleasant and quiet. Loved the Jugend style interior, relaxed atmosphere, very good choice for breakfast, served in the beautiful dining room. Very friendly and helpful staff, cleaning done in a way that doesn’t wake up the guests in the neighbouring rooms should they want to sleep a little longer. The beds are very comfortable, too.

the hotel is a beautiful place, and although there are plenty of nice places to go out nearby, sometimes one would would with for that hotel didn’t close the doors at 7 pm. It would be lovely for the guests to enjoy a drink in the hotel bar in the evening should they wish to stay at the hotel on a rainy day. Although the cleanliness is good, the towels are a bit weary and might appear slightly unfresh even though they are clean.

Great buffet breakfast in a beautiful dining room. Staff were extremely helpful and charming at all times. Balcony in room overlooking the park was an additional bonus

Offer of evening meal or light supper would have been useful to avoid going out again to eat with elderly husband

Best location in Baden facing the forest mountain. Very good air. Shopping areas and restaurants within 1-2 minute walk. Spacious rooms. Accommodating stuff. Historical building. Suitable for family vacations. Its our 1st trip since the lockdowns. Would come again.

Excellent location, in the city center overlooking the Kurpark. Small, but comfortable rooms. Tee, coffee making facility. The breakfast is exceptionally good and beautifully displayed. No 24 hour reception, but perfectly organized. Kind staff.
