Absolutely brilliant hotel for children - we stayed in a two bed apartment. There was a play room on our floor, and a play area outside for the children. Free teas, coffee & hot chocolate included also. Really fantastic place to explore the surrounding area - we did a day in Salzburg, hike to Plotz waterfall (the playground in Kobbl where you park is fantastic), the animal sanctuary as well as swimming at the Mondsee - couldn't get a more central location. Lovely restaurants nearby as well as excellent ice cream at Lombardo too! The staff in the hotel were also really lovely, lending us a picnic blanket and always smiling and chatting to the kids. Cannot wait to go back.

A fan in the room would have been good and the fridge is quite small, but really apart from that it was great, wouldn't have expected air conditioning in Austria.

The service at Landhotel Santner was really good. The check-in procedure is really easy, and even if you reach the place later, all instructions are sent to you and are really easy to follow. The place has a big parking place and is really close to the highway. The cleanliness of the room impressed me. The bathroom was new and spotless, while also the rest of the room provided a comforting feeling of fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable and the small sofa is a nice addition to the place. For breakfast they had a wide variety of products, including both vegetarian and meat, but what I liked the most was the fact that some of the products were locally or homemade. You could serve breakfast both indoor or outdoors when the weather allows it. We traveled with our dog, and the staff was really nice with him. The big yard in the back was really good for our morning/evening walk, but also for some playing around and running. For people travelling with kids, a small area is also arranged for their convenience. Unfortunately not so many pictures about the place, but the description on booking is accurate enough.

Wouldn't say we didn't liked it, but since space would allow it, I found it beneficial when the rooms would be equipped with a small fridge.

All staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is cozy, the room was nice and beds were very comfortable. Sauna on the second floor was great! Complimentary tea and coffee 24/7 next to the reception. We had a very pleasant stay here. I would highly recommend this place!!

Just a little thing - the lights by the bed were too bright and an electric socket was just above my head.

Generally, the cleanliness, which is top priority in this industry of Austria, and by culture and tradition. Friendliness of Staff is much appreciated. We arrived after hours, and our key with instructions was placed exactly where I was instructed.

Partly my negligence as I did not see that this is located right near the main highway. My request for the quietest room was granted, which faced the back of the premises. Nevertheless, the sound from the highway, especially at peak hours may not be suitable for some guests. In addition, the breakfast should not be charged separately, as what was served was pretty standard for accommodation of this level.

Location is great just 20min drive from Salzburg, staff was very friendly and accomodated all our needs, restaurant of the hotel closes at 9pm and is not open everyday

Restaurant kitched closed at 9pm and we missed it by 1 minute, but restaurant says online is open until 11pm but only serves food until 9pm, fridge on the kitchen in the apartment doesn't work properly

The room was large in size with a complete kitchen. Very rare did i see such a quality of room. Opens onto a garden that is beautiful and refreshing. The service was excellent. Breakfast was good and they saw to that we are satisfied. 24H free coffee which is a rarity. The location is also easily approachable, calm and quiet. Nicely run family hotel. There is nothing i would say was bad.

I found the apartment spacious for four people, the room was extremely clean and they managed to keep it clean during the time we stayed. We were also a door away from the gymnasium which was ideal.

The only critical factor is the location. We had a car so it wasn’t an issue but I would suggest anyone in Salzburg to hire a car it’s way cheaper in the long term

A grate place to stay, the staff is always welcoming and the rooms comfortable and spacious enough. This time we were accommodated in a fully reconstructed room. Pleasant atmosphere and a very convenient location. We always like to come back to this property, have stayed overnight multiple times. Little playground in the yard interesses our daughter and a chapel hidden in the backyard adds a special atmosphere to this place.

The hotel was excellent clean, quiet, comfortable and dog friendly. We ate at the restaurant across the road which was wonderful. The rooms were so nice and the public areas were beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Tereza at the reception was very nice and friendly. She was very welcoming and assisted me with all my queries. The coffee machine at the reception was great and also the free bottled water. Hotel is very much like home and very nicely located close to fuel station, restaurants, shops and yet close to nature. The housekeeping lady who cleaned my room also was very friendly and cleaned my room well.
