Everything was perfect! The hotel was really clean, spacious and well-furnished. We especially enjoyed the food: the breakfast had a great variety, everything was fresh and delicious. We also payed for an included dinner - a very good decision, because we received an amazing four-course menu, that always leaved us satisfied. We were able to try different dishes, that we wouldn’t even think to order. The facilities were also super. We used the sauna and steam room with great pleasure. The location is also very great. We could ski in different ski regions, because they are so close. You could also reach them with a train, which is convenient because the train station is also nearby. There is a supermarket in a walking distance, too. But our holiday was so amazing because of the friendly and ready-to-help staff, with whom we had great laughs with! We greatly recommend this hotel!

I liked spa area. Breakfast was good too. It's located within 20 minutes by car to 3 major ski resorts.

I wasn't happy about the unexpected extra charges - you have to pay 50 euros to use kitchen in the apartment.

Excelent apart-hotel. Refurbished recently, everything is very clean an cosy. We had an apartment for 3 persons, two bedroms included, each with its own TV and very well equiped kitchen also with another big screen TV. We did use the kitchen also for group meetings or watch a movie ( 6-8 persons can socialize with no problem in the kitchen) Very generous breakfast and for evenings, a la carte restaurant with very good dishes. Beeing quite near the main road is very handy to be quickly for ski in HochFugen or Kaltenbach with your car. Also I noticed a bus ski station near the hotel but I cannot say the bus program. If you have persons in your group who are not skiing, the Fugen Therme is reachable by foot, in 500 m from the hotel. The owner, Mrs Claudia helps with everything you need.

Easy to get to the place from road or train station. They easily agreed on late check-in and early check-out, and communication was pretty good and straightforward. I even was able to have dinner after the declared time, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was very good as well. Comfortable room, with a large bed and own shower. Do not expect a great view by default, not all the rooms have it.

Great siz room. All the amenities you require. Didn't use the kitchen as there was a 48€ cleaning fee. Dogs cost 15€ per night. Lovely and clean, comfy beds. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Walk/cycle way in easy reach.

Noisy building site across the road which started work at 7am. Road a little noisy too.

additional 48 eur pay if You use the kitchen. that was not mentioned in booking page. you can not use even dishwasher because you will be charged. so, we stayed 1 night and didnt use kitchen. it would be fair to mention it before reservation. a little bit noisy outside.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. Wandeling paths close to the hotel. Good starting point for car trips to Innsbruck or Hintertux.

The hotel is located close to a busy street, it is quite noisy at the terasse.

It is a nice typical Tiroler building with collorful flowers but modern amenities. If you disregard immediate proximity ( the road and a construction site), they have a beautiful view to the mountains.

I didn't feel very welcome. Maybe it was just my impression, but when we said to them that we can not breath fresh air because the window couldn't stay open ( traffic noise), they immediatelly offered to help us to find accomodation in a different place. They said they want us to be happy...

The suite was clean, very comfy and nicely designed. Breakfast was excellent, lots of different products (also local), fresh bakery and home-made juices every day, and the coffee....yummy! The hotel has also its own restaurant with delicious local specials such as wild game. The staff of the hotel super friendly and very helpful. They're pet friendly!❤️ It was just perfect and I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

Everything is new and clean. Feeling like home. We planned to stay for 1 night. But when we saw the room we decided to stay for one more night :) Spacious rooms & very big balcony- our dog loved to sleep there! Very good soundproof windows- no noise. Comfortable bed. And also- superb breakfast. Nice staff. We are planning to come back here for next holidays & to stay here longer. Thank You!
