We've really enjoyed our time on this fabulous hotel in Fulpmes! A wonderfull place to appreciate a snowed city! The hotel was very easy to access. During our stay, we've really appreciated all the team member of the hotek who were very kind and helpful. They have welcomed very well especially Margareta who was a lovely one. She is a good listener, and welcomed us with the best manner that can exist. We will recommand this hotel without hesitation to our family and friends and we will not miss to back to this magical place.

Hotel is located on a hill, so you have to fo to the village cca 400 m downhill and than back :) But the views from hotel terrace are amazing and breathtaking. You can see the village as well as the mountains above and the entire valley leading to Stubaigletscher. I like self-service bar at the reception. Also the brakfast was very good with rich selection. Staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Our room ( de luxe) was adjacent to the other same room with a common locked door. Balcony was common also and I felt it as discomfort. We can hear everything from other room. In the bathtoom a cosmetic mirror was missing ( handles were sticking out of the wall )

Breakfast was awesome, the views from the balcony are spectacular. Not far from Bus Stop & Train station. Room was quite spacious for a family of 4. Surrounded by mountains, farms, greenery, farm animals, village kind of atmosphere. Could find a staff who helped for some medicine, she was very helpful. It was self checkin. It took some time to figure out how to take the keys from box. Nice provision to take drinks on our own and pay accordingly.

May be more specific instructions or pictures to do the self checkin and how to get the keys.

This hotel is wonderfully located in the Stubai Alps just 20 mins by car from Innsbruck. The room was so spacious and lovely with the most astounding view of the Alps that we will never forget. The self service bar with the honour system was great as it meant we could just chill in the evening with a beer and be left to our own devices. The breakfast was also great with a wide selection of choice and adapted for vegans too! The bed as well was huge and so comfortable.`

Nothing really! If you're not arriving by car the walk up to the hotel is quite steep, but you're on a mountain so what do you expect.

Room was big enough and confortable for a 6 persons family. Breakfast very good and checkin quite easy. Free parking. Good starting position for visiting Innsbruck and quite nice view on the Stubai valley.

Nice small hotel. The room was simple, quite big and clean, with a balcony. We were unlucky with the view, it was not interesting. Self-check-in. The staff is present only at breakfast. The breakfast was good and included in the price. Free parking. 10 minutes walk from the hotel the city center with restaurants and shops. Nice sauna, you need to wait 20 min to heat. A good option for a not high price.

There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room.

The view was very nice, the ski lifts close, good facilities (including the possibility to have drinks from the bar during night time), check in very convenient. Everything was nice and we enjoyed our stay here.

One night a big amount of snow felled down. Next morning when a lot of people were about to leave, it was very difficult to get out of the parking place. The parking and ramp towards the street were not clean and we had to clean it ourselves.

The place is managed without staff during the day (after breakfast). It is a nice idea until the check-in system breaks which was our case. But we were able to figure it out quite quickly. Breakfast was amazing :)

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room or in the shared kitchen area.

Amazing view, great breakfast!

Location is a bitt uphill from the bus station around 15 mins. Quite anonymous, no real staff, if you want the room to be cleaned, you must hand the sign on the door, but thats all ok. The only real negative thing is that the room were connected through 2 doors, so you could hear if somebody was walking, talking or doing whatever in the other room.

The Hotel had an amazing view, from the room and the from the lobby also. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. Good value for money and good location.

- As it's an external admin hotel you don't have a contact person. We stayed almost 24h without hot water without somebody to contact us to tell us the status. - The room had a damp smell.
