The staff and the service were just great!

Outdoor swimming pool is closed during the winter season, there is no afternoon snack provided like was mentioned on the website

We'we stay for a second time in Tirolerhof and now it's possible to be the last one! Not for bed conditions, it was Ok, but, if the austrian people doesn't want us close either, we romanians and especially the Transylvanians who once belonged to the empire, we shouldn't want to be close to them anymore! We like skiing and we've enjoyed for more then 20 winter holidays in Austria, but first of all we have to learn to be verticals and choose to find other places, with most friendly people, and we're sure that will find it!

I absolutely loved the friendliness of the stuff, the helpful mode, the outstanding dinners and breakfasts, I loved the whirlpool and steam , also the location was amazing. In the heart of town. I cannot wait to return.

Staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Felix on reception and the Bar Manager. Fantastic sunny balcony to enjoy after skiing. Separate 2 beds with space, unlike other Austrian hotels, which are joined together.

The frosted glass bathroom and toilet doors. The jacuzzi in the spa area took too long to restart.

Loved the overall set up and alpine feel, the spa and the staff. Half board food was superb, location great for the Elferbahn, hiking and local buses.

A small radiator in the room (there is none in the bathroom), which is a problem if you need to dry clothes...

Staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. The half board is a fantastic idea full of great food. Wellness area is such a great asset after a day on the slopes.

The property is well-kept and very comfortable. We loved the Spa and swimming pool. It’s also very dog friendly hotel. The meals were also great. We recommend this hotel for couples with dogs.

The only thing which I found pity was that it’s not really sound proof although it was mostly really quiet. Also it was a little cold in the room so I am not sure how warm it would be in the winter but other than that we would probably try to stay at this hotel again!

it is a very efficient hotel for a skitrip. close to the shops, the ticketstation for the gletscher, the bus stand and 11er lift

due to covid the place was very quiet. this wil certainly change when things are back to normal
