Picturesque hotel with a good sized room and balcony. There is an indoor spa pool and sauna/steam room although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We caught the train to Salzburg for the day which took 1 1/2 hrs from Jenbach station which is a 10 minute walk down hill from the hotel on the way down, but uphill on the way back, you could also go to Innsbruck in the opposite direction. Lake Achensee is a beautiful lake with swimming and water sports a short drive away and think you could get a bus from Jenbach.

Jenbach itself although very pretty with the chalet type buildings was like a ghost town, not many cafes and restaurants or even people for that matter. As we were only there a few nights and we were out and about it didn’t bother us too much!

Nice location for relaxing a few days while exploring the local area. It was only a short walk to catch the bus or train since I didn’t have a car. I felt the superior room was worth the extra cost as it was large and comfortable with sofa and chair and plenty of room to store my belongings. Bright overhead lights made it easy to read. Breakfast and coffee were nice. The pool area was clean and inviting but I prefer warmer water so I only used it once.

A mini fridge in the room would have made my stay perfect.

The location was good, a short taxi ride from the railway station. The room was good, breakfast was plentiful and nice and fresh. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Our room was very clean, spacious and had a little balcony.

No jug for boiling water to make tea or coffee. The shower hose needed to be replaced as it leaked badly and very little came out the shower head.

The property was clean and comfortable, the room was large, the staff were so helpful. The pool was so refreshing and clean. The value was truly unbeatable. Breakfast was wonderful too. They had vegan savory spreads for the bread which really made my day.

If I had to say anything… I think the red carpet is a bold choice. I was good with it though!

The location was good to get round the small town and a ten min walk from the train station. The room had street view and lovely mountain views. Beds really comfy. Staff pleasant, Breakfast choice hot/cold.

After travelling from UK to Munich and then by car to Jenbach was disappointed that the hotel was locked up to 3pm. Appreciate check in time isn't until 3pm but it would have been nice to be able to get a drink. If you travelled by train you would have been in the street with your cases. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room. A lovely dining room just a shame they only serve breakfast, limited restaurants in the area.

Beautiful hotel with pool, sauna and steam room on the upper floor. Friendly staff. Lovely room with balcony overlooking the town and up to the mountains. Did the train rides south and north from Jenbach. North up yo Achensee particularly recommended - steam train and boat combination!

Two single mattresses meant a gap in the middle which got bigger!

Great hotel, nice staff, very good breakfast, large and comfortable rooms, and the swimming pool was great - we went there in the evening, and it was almost empty, which is great!

Balconies are separated by only a thin wall and you could basically shake hands with your neighbour. Nice if they are friendly, but not as nice if the neighbour is smoking on and on the phone most of the time as in our case. Bad luck I guess. Other than the smoking neighbour, however, a good experience.

Nice location which allows to go to the mountains and lake Achensee. Room size and facilities great incl. room for skis, bikes. Located within a village with some infrastructure e.g. restaurants.

For breakfast, I personally would have loved an earlier time e.g. from 6:30 onwards and a greater choice of local cheese and e.g. smoked Tirolian meat.

Amazing location, my room got upgraded to a suite without needing to ask. Breakfast was good, friendly service with a smile always.

Checkout was a little difficult because they were performing maintenance on the main doors to the lobby so I had to go out the back door and then find my way back into the lobby to checkout and hand in my room key. Just bad timing I guess.

Excellent value with swimming pool and sauna included in the price. Excellent breakfast selection, friendly staff and free motorbike parking in front of the entrance.

Two single mattresses together instead of one king size. Location is good for the overnight stay but there's nothing interesting in the walking distance for sightseeing.
