My wife & I were thoroughly impressed with the property! Every single aspect surpassed my expectations. The location is ideal, providing a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The apartment is very modern and tastefully setup. The utensils in the kitchen are also good quality compared to other properties we have visited before. The automatic checkin was very easy and convenient since we arrived late. The view from the apartment window is also nice. There is train track infront of the apartment but the local train is not too loud and only runs until 1800 i think. There is enough parking on the property. The host is reachable by watsapp and he answered our questions promptly. We will definitely visit again.

The building is very bright, well maintained, new decorated, with access to the garden where children can run (they will be however close to the ground level apartment where You can especially in the morning see guests drinking coffee). Kitchen has all necessary equipment for quick supper or breakfast. Beds were comfortable, sufficient sheets and towels were delivered. Additional plus for the view across the Ziller Valley.

You shall take care that the train station is just nearby (right at the exit from the property parking) - You shall rather take caution for Your children not to run too far. You will not experience a full cottage Austrian alpine atmosphere either, it is rather a multi people accommodation. Decorated still in the good style, though.

Great view from the window. Wide balcony. The room itself is spacious and modern. The kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of dishes, pans, and pots. All furniture is new and tastefully chosen, with a comfortable bed. They provided a crib and a high chair for feeding for the child for free. Free parking right next to the building, and the train station is just 1 minute away from the hotel, which is very, very convenient. There is also a separate room for skis and snowboards.

The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a transparent wall. It looks beautiful, but considering a child sleeping in the bedroom, it's quite noisy. If you're staying as a couple, it's not an issue. The check-in time is very late (16:00) and the check-out time is very early (10:00). We were aware of this in advance, but it somehow feels unfair.

It is a very nice spacious apartment in modern style, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, good and stable wi-fi, nice view from the window/balcony. Easy and fast self check-in provides flexibility in arrival time, large parking available. I also like the online app with the information service. We appreciated the coffee machine for good Swiss coffee (available at nearby Spar as per online instructions). We were here a year ago and would love to come again next time.

A great hotel, modern, clean and very functional. Location was good, you'll need a car to get around the area or you can catch the train as the train station is very conveniently at your doorstep. Facilities are quite new and good communication from the hosts. Everything you need to know about your apartment / hotel is in an information pack which you receive prior to arriving. I would recommend staying here

It would be good to have a lockable room for Skis and Ski boots as they felt a little expose.

In the room was a modern climate system but unfortnately it made noise all the time and it was not possible to turn it off. When I contacted the owner, I got the answer that the noise should stop after turning off the main electric button. But it did not stop. When I wrote the owner again, they did not view my message and further did not respond to me. The noise was very disturbing especially during the night. I am sensitive regarding the noise and I would not visit this accommodation again.

I really like the location it’s in guide area and it’s center of many activities that we had targeted, so if you want to visit Achensee, Mayrhofen and Innsbruck all of them near to this apartment

We came early around 2 pm without putting in our consideration the check in timing so the check in auto by our self so during this time we made the check in and we see someone tell us the check in at 4 pm without introducing his self or welcoming so I tell hem we will put our luggage’s and then will back with the check in time which is 4 pm and later on he tell me that fine no problem, what I want to see he wasn’t welcoming us our give us a good impression. Sure never back aging for this issue

At checkin we spent quite some time looking for the location of our Appartement, they should provide a map of the building in the lobby.

The location is excellent we had a beautiful view to the mountains from our room Really happy that it had lift to the upper apartments The check in and the check out was very smooth Very quite neighborhood though it is right to the local rail station Shops and restaurants just few minutes walk The management or owners sends all the information you need on the apartment
