Breakfast varied and plentiful. Excellent fruit, muesli, cold and hot options. Spa area excellent with steam and sauna, UV and other areas as well as loungers. Note that it is designated 'textile free' i.e. naked other than towels.

Pillows were too soft/ insubstantial, even with an additional one. Juice not so good (powdered?)

Breakfast (plenty of food choices) and location are excellent.

Smoking is still allowed on balconies. We are non-smokers and were subjected to cigarette smoke from the neighbor's balcony every half hour, which was really annoying. 3 course dinner at EUR 38.00 per person was too expensive and had to be ordered in the morning. Since we never knew when we return from our excursions, we only ate there one time. There are plenty of other restaurants in town that offer good food at a reasonable price.

All staff I met with were excellent, efficient and friendly. Breakfast and evening meals were superb. The spa was great for chilling out after a hard days skiing. The bedroom was very comfortable with magnificent views of the village and Kitzbuhler Horn

Nothing to do with the hotel but can´t understand why so many people take their mobiles to the spa. Why not just chill out and relax for a while!

The staff were super friendly and helpful especially the bar and reception staff. The hotel was beautifully kept and well maintained with nice facilities.

The food was good enough but I have had much better in equivalent 4 star Austrian hotels - they could do better here.

Great staff, lovely spa, excellent breakfast and great location (walking distance from train station, 2-3 mins walk from shops and bars)

Hotel was great … room was very hot is pretty much the only thing I could mention … make sure you get extra pillows

Beautiful hotel with unique atmosphere, stylishly furnished rooms, staff always eager to accommodate every request, luxury wellness, amazing breakfast.

Only downside was lack of hot water after midnight and absence of king bed (just two beds put together)

Great single room, probably the best I’ve ever had, all the facilities of bigger room (lovely bathroom & terrace) just a slightly smaller bed … great staff & facilities

Our rooms and the hotel everywhere was very clean. Rooms were spacious. Staff was extremely nice and friendly, especially Szabi and Kati.

would have liked tea and coffee facility in room but we’re able to loan a kettle from reception so not really a problem
