We got a better room than we have booked. The place was nice, quiet, the room had a little fridge which was sufficient, and the furniture was all grey and wooden-like, making the room nice and cosy. There was enough space for exercising, as well as for drying the clothes after skiing. Every day there was a possibility to use sauna and wellness zone (which is really nice after snowboarding or skiing the whole day). The hotel is close to cable cars and there's no need to use a car as the buses go regularly all around the place (and the bus stop is +/- 4 min from the hotel). The breakfast was perfect, with a large selection, every day slightly different; even for people with allergies. We were really happy with the accommodation :)

View from Hotel was best. Room was the biggest size we ever lived in any hotel. It was crystal clean and good furnished and decorated with kids friendly furniture. Bathroom was very clean and very big and warm. Toilet was separate from bathroom. Sauna and steam bath was plus, though we couldn't use as we were so lasy to use it, it's very big hotel so everything was well managed. Kids play area , grown up play area with pool table and TT was awesome.

Swimming pool was closed in winter, little outside from town, not so many excursions possibilities, except ski. I booked Halbpension. Breakfast was outstanding, dinner was below average,it was buffet with so many options but everything was lukewarm only and tasteless even though we were for dinner around 6:30 pm as dinner time was 6 to 8.

We got an upgrade to a next door Hotel Kroneck. From a 3 star hotel to a 4 star hotel. I can’t say much about the Lifthotel. But in Kroneck we got an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen corner and 2 separate bathrooms. One with bath and the other one with a shower. Both hotels have a pool in the yard and playgrounds for kids.

There were no plates or mugs or classes in the kitchen corner of the apartment in Kroneck.

This is a great big hotel set in a valley between mountains and ski areas. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The restaurant has a variety of meals, all very tasty. Nice service. Especially Martin - a very kind man. Parking places are available close to the building. We didn't use the SPA area, but it's definitely an advantage of this place. Very good value for money.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good.

I would expect a water heater and a refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast was nice. the location is very vlose to lift etc for skiing but also very nice for summer time hiking etc. Rooms was spacious, parking free at the front.late check in was possible too

Some of the staff were not very welcoming. They didnt have a kettle in the room ro make a coffee or tea during the day. We also had a little baby and we had to go downstairs to ask for boiled water. Overall good though

We have been staying in the hotel several times before, but the first time with new wellnes that is great! The first time we were here before Christmas so we were surprised with no skibus and only limited postbus transport the first day. We respected some limits may be conected with Covid/begining of season, but in the end of our staying we were enjoing our previous experince of Lift hotel and were fully O. K. We will still recommed to stay here.

We got an another room in the other hotel near to Lifthotel, (our room was not ready, got an upgrade) It was 4*, had perfect location, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, comfortable big room.

Everything was good, only (maybe only for us) the bed was little bit soft.

Staff at the restaurant is great and welcoming. Food is amazing, and so much choice of food. Love it! And bed is very comfortable and room size is great.
