As Americans we don't often stay at hotels for such a high level of hospitality! We were overly impressed by the employees, the cleanliness, and the amenities especially the spa! We did the half board so our dinner was served to us every night, it felt like a true luxurious experience, and our server Ivana took extra good care of us giving us good tips in the area and becoming one of our friends. The whole experience made us feel like locals/family! We skied all three days of our stay, and the short walk in the morning was perfect to keep us away from the louder aprés about close enough to easily get to the mountain each morning and home in the afternoon. We will cherish our time in Kitzbühel at the Q!

Our stay at the Q! Hotel in Kitzbuhel was truly unforgettable, especially thanks to Marina. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from local recommendations to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Her hospitality and attentiveness made such a difference, turning a great trip into an exceptional one. Thank you, Marina—we can’t wait to return!

Carlos from the front desk made the experience a pleasure and was extremely helpful. Always went out of his way to asssit with a smile. He made this vacation super amazing. Erick at the bar was super friendly too.

Clara at front desk was a miserable and unhappy person everyday. She gave the impression that she hates her job. If you are going to greet people that are coming from far away on very long flights, the person must be accommodating and friendly. When we got there, I asked if my meals/dinner were included with the charge, she said NO. Turns our all our dinners were included in the price we paid and we ended up going out to different restaurants every night, we find this out the last night we were there. Awful experience with her!!!

The hotel was excellent. The area for leaving ski equipment was warm and spacious. The sauna area was great and the small gym a bonus. Best of all was the excellent lounge/bar area in the hotel - very well decorated and made for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food available.

The menu for the evening meal was very restricted so we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evenings at all. The hotel was also some way from the lifts. I'd estimate about 800m so that's a long way carrying skis.

quiet good stay

Hotel parking wasn't free of charge. For the check in they asked for my credit card as a guarantee, even though there is no such information at the booking profile and i did not receive any such information after booking and before arriving the hotel. When i mentioned this to the reception they tried to prove me wrong and said they would check but they never came back with any feedback.

Great location and lovely staff. Fabulous breakfast and Easter morning they had several Easter offerings. I was given a room with a lovely balcony. It was such a lovely older hotel. It even had keys for the rooms.

Staff was so friendly, room was almost perfect with a beautiful balcony. Breakfast was good enough and meet my expectations. Car park is not in the hotel but it is maximum 5 minutes on foot, so I can't say I was unhappy with that. It was a pleasure to stay there.

The hotel is right in the centre of Kitzbühel. My room was clean and comfortable with a view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lift was quite small so I wasn’t able to take my granddaughter in her pushchair up in it to see my room.

Amazing experience all round! The room was incredible- really spacious, clean, excellent views with everything we needed in there. The bed was also incredibly comfy (important after a busy sight seeing day!). The balcony was spacious with seating overlooking the Hahnenkamm! The communal areas were clean and well maintained, with comfy seating in the large reception area for those wanting to sit and rest or to enjoy the bar. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and met our every need. Every one of them were friendly, no matter what time of day and always happy to help with any requests and questions. The buffet breakfast was ideal with a good range of foods and drinks, with something for everyone, in a very relaxed atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect for access into the town in less than a five minute walk. It is close to all of the main attractions and amenities and for in the winter, ski lifts. Bikes, ski’s and activity equipment can be hired locally, making this an ideal location for all sorts of trip types. There is a lake about a mile out of town, which in the warmer months is perfect to swim, sunbathe and to enjoy the lake side bars and cafes. It’s family friendly too with a children's lido and water slide and diving platform. We’ve visited in the winter on a previous trip and is beautiful to stroll around and watch the curling. There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a five minute walk of the hotel with a good range and reasonably priced. We had our sun cream taken off use at the airport but was able to replace it there for less than 5 euros. The main train station in about a 20minute walk away from the hotel or a 10 Euro taxi ride. There is a smaller station at the Hahnenkamm, however, not all trains stop here. There are buses which run through the town. This was the first time we have used this hotel and will definitely be returning and already can’t wait for our next trip! 5⭐️
