stayed for the ironman - breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating for all athletes. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the vent. Free shuttle bus down to the start in the morning too. Very close to Ciao Ciao city which is good for pre race meals

Pillows in the bedrooms weren't the best.. and the shower head holder was broken in the shower. Other than that it was absolutely fine!

Nice hotel, in an excellent location; clean and comfortable room, with reliable WiFi. Good breakfast buffet. The ladies at the reception and in the dining room were extremely hospitable and helpful; I felt like a member of the family. I would stay there again.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

We were family of 4. We stayed in room 51. We had one large dubble bed and sofa which was really wide and comfortable. There were 2 conbected rooms, each had tv, the first room also chairs and small table. Bathroom big, very clean and with bathtub. Breakfast good, lots of choices, they also fries eggs, bacon,... On request.

The pillows were thin and not so comfy for us. Next day we discovered extra ines in the warderobe. The aircondition was very loud. Only few parking spots available. We parked on the street on the end of the block.

Elderly couple, 2 nights. Very friendly staff, nice and modern rooms (#55), clean, very good breakfast, midtown - so everything within walking distance, also central busstation (to lake or busstop to train station. 24 hour bus ticket 6 €). So we come again and are very happy to recommend it.

The position is perfect to explore the area. Very close to the city center and train station but in a quiet area. The room was large and clean. Very good breakfast, they have a gluten free products

It is in the downtown, the furnitures are hotel grade, staff and service is really good. We got Karinthia cards free which spared us some money. Staff is very kind.

Parking might cause some problem, but can be solved. I missed warm meals from breakfast, but could have other good foods on the table.

The Hotel Staff was wonderful and requested from the moment of booking. They managed to anticipate our arrival and did everything to make us feel at home. Excellent breakfast. As I went to do the Ironman, they provided a room to assemble and store the bikes, served breakfast early and provided a bus to take the athletes to the starting point. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and the race track. highly recommend!!

Good location for short term visitor wanting to visit the old town. Ulrike, who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, well furnished and comfortable. Breakfast was continental with excellent choices. Cooked breakfast available if wanted

Parking was sometimes an issue but as we stayed during the iron man the hotel was busier than usual

The hotel is placed couple of minutes walking from the very centre of the city of Klagenfurt. The room was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful, providing lots of information about the city etc. The price for accommodation was reasonable.
