The location is the biggest feature, it is quite central. The breakfast is very good. The room was a decent size. Another positive, is that their reception is open 24hrs not like other hotels. I asked for a late check-out which was granted. Overall a good impression of the hotel.

The only criticism I have is that the cleaning lady attempted coming into my room, without knocking. My room had been cleaned already so I don’t know why she was coming into my room again.

Had a great time here. Location is perfect. Right in the city only a few minutes to the train station right by the fortress. Lots of Restaurant options and supermarket around. Friendly staff (I arrived early and they managed to get a room ready regardless). Good restaurant on-site as well (closed Sun and Mon). Rooms are new, functional and well equipment. Breakfast was really nice. Good value for money.

love the excellent breakfast with plenty of choices, service staff is also excellent with good explanation and service mind. we got the card for free excess to the castle and free cable car to reach there. location is also good, close to the castle and the city with plenty of restaurants nearby , room is good and comfortable bed.

elevator is during renovation, so we have to carry our big luggages to the 3rd floor. we stays in deluxe family suite for 7 persons but there is only 1 bathroom. parking nearby the hotel with 10€. others are excellent

Very comfortable bedding, clean and large rooms. Nice breakfast!

We have stayed for 1 night just a stopover, with a baby. And needed a kettle for boiling water to make a bottle. The kitchen was locked in our apartment, and there was no extra kettle given at reception. The only drawback.

The hotel and the staff were top notch. Professional and friendly. Elegant but very relaxed. The breakfast was spectacular. The rooftop sitting area was a delight.

If there’s a party in the courtyard, the noise floats up to the rooms and can be pretty loud if the room windows are open. A bit unfortunate, but everything else is so perfect that this small problem is easily overlooked.

The room was clean and really comfortable. The shower was really huge which was so lovely. The breakfast in the morning was copious and really nice. The staff were kind and helpful.

I chose this hotel especially as I knew I would be getting to the city late evening, so wanted somewhen where the reception would still be open during the evening. I got a message on the day to say that as my arrival was between 8-9pm (which was advised at the time of booking) the reception would be closed and I was give a code to access my key from a safe box outside, which was easy enough. As there were not many people around and most places in the victim were closed (it was a Sunday night) I Felt uneasy and uncomfortable trying to retrieve the key from the box and walking into the hotel with dimmed lighting all on my own.

the hotel was great , walking distance from hbf and near to market places . it was clean as well . friendly and accomodative staff . bus stop for pick up and drop for skiing ( soll) is just behind the hotel and the hotel will arrange free passes for the bus .

sauna and hot tub etc missing !

The breakfast was very good (good selection of real fresh bread and fruits). The shower was big enough to use it together :-).

Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows and duvet were very small. The electronic safe always gave an error message when closing. That's why we didn't dare to put anything in it.

The lady at the reception was amazing! She gave us free city cards so we visited the castle and a lift in the mountains for free! All of us! The lift was super-long and views just stunning! Breakfast was very good. And room was clean with many towels for our big family, nice kitchen and 3 bedrooms. You can park a car very close for just 10 euros. I recommend it very much. And will definitely come back again if I am there. Thanks a lot)

All was great.

Breakfast was very varied. Nothing was missing. Staff was very helpful. Room in the back was very quiete.

Only complaint was lumpy pillow.
