On our way to Italy we choose to spend the night in Kufstein, in the hotel that was recommended by friends. We expected an 'old fashioned' typical Austrian hotelroom, but it was very modern and comfortable. The restaurant offered a good menu, and the local beer was delicious. From our room we had a nice view around, and we hardly noticed the traffic. Also the parking possibility was well organized: a big parking garage on a short walking distance from the hotel. The ticket was charged by the hotel, when we checked out.

To get a drink or snack after the bar was closed, there was a machine which didn't function quite well; or we misunderstood the 'manual'... It took our money without supplying the desired drink, but a member of the hotel helped us out.

The breakfast was great - simple and great quality. The sweet croissants were amazing. Very comfy environment, great service. Location, quality, and service is all great. No doubts on recommending it.

We booked the suite and was great, except that there was an extra room used as storage. We certainly closed and locked the door of this small extra room, but would be best to have an extra bed in there, or alike.

Th location of this hotel is very central in Kufstein. Our room was facing a quiet street and the sun streamed into it. Both breakfast and dinner were good and plentiful. The waitresses in their dirndl went out their way to explain the various dishes and suggesting alternatives if we felt they were not to our liking.

It was in a great spot in town with good views of the castle above. Breakfast was simple but good, with plenty of options!

Carpeting and rooms could use a bit of a facelift. The parking situation could be better explained, either on the app or after booking.

I liked everything about my stay - the location is perfect, just 10 minutes walk from the train station and in the heart of Kufstein. I had a wonderful castle view from my room. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast.

Bed sheet has a large blood stain on it. Austrian hotels can feel austere and quite formal No reason to mark them down - but just to note that the Austrian version of German is very difficult to pick out and understand (my German is not that bad) Car park cost €16 (£13.44) for one night

Excellent location, breakfast and nice surprise receiving kutsteinerland cards - used for free access to Castle and alpine chair lift!

Room could do with some updating but comfortable

Superb location just a few minutes walk from the train station, and right next to the stunning Kufstein fortress. Room was very spacious, nice natural light, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was just OK.

At breakfast they offered a wide range of choices - very tasty. Beds were really comfortable. Overall a very good accommodation in the city center.

Hummus or some other vegan options would be appreciated.

Nice hotel for stopover on the way to our ski holiday. Good ambiance. We had food en drinks in the restaurant/bar. Nice breakfast.

It's a bit wore down, but maybe it adds to the charm.
