Food was exceptional. Everything was super clean. The view was extraordinary.

In the evening dinner the drinks were paid for. I would prefer an increase in rate and free drinks. The entire stay was charge free so why charge on dinner water drink ?

The hotel is very clean, we have allergies and they were basically dormant our entire stay. The rooms are fairly large, and the free minibars are a very nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. Having a spa at the hotel is amazing, the ability to relax after a long day hiking was refreshing and helped a lot. Breakfast is very good with a huge amount of fresh options. The hotel might seem pricey but one has to account for the huge amount of facilities and activities you get, thus the value per $ is great. View from basically any room at the hotel is amazing.

Dinner main courses could be better, often the starters which are made on the spot were better then the main course which tasted like it's been reheated. Would be good to have a breakfast only option available.

To tell truth this seems to be 5* Hotel as standard and serwis are of high level. Rooms are huge, modern design, well frunished and with lovely view to the mountains - make you feel realy relaxed. Breakfast - a lot of various food to choose and live kitchen - I especially liked delicious omelettes prepared on site by an excellent cook who juggles the plates :-) - so puts you in a good mood from the very morning :-). Dinner - everyday somthing special is served. I am delightful with the vege dishes that are sophisticated and surprising flavor combinations. And mostly chefs do not respect and do not like cooking vege food :-). Staff is very helpful and friendly always at your service. Therme - I love the salty bath and the outsied pool where you can swim. Gym - spacious and well equiped. And what I do like the most - both are open early in the morning - so you can do trainig before breakfast.. SPA - well is it one of the best SPAs I have ever visited. As there are plenty of saunas to choose. A lot of places to lay down and take a rest. You can aslo rent an e-bike (high class bike) and make a trip in the valley.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by their amazing and friendly staff. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded our expectations. It was truly a delight to be treated so well throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a better room upon check-in. It was a kind gesture that truly made us feel valued as guests. We appreciate that they noticed the amount I had paid through booking.com and took the initiative to make our stay even more comfortable. The facilities at the hotel were outstanding. The swimming pools were pristine and provided us with a refreshing escape. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our days lounging by the pool and taking in the breathtaking views. The location itself was magical, and the peaceful atmosphere of Langenfeld made us wish we could live there permanently. I have to mention how impressed we were with the friendliness and peacefulness of the people in Langenfeld. The genuine warmth and kindness from both the locals and the hotel staff made our visit even more memorable.

Nothing

Everything, the room is big and the mountains view is mesmerising, can't get enough of it. There's a public part and hotel visitors part that is quiet, especially liked the roof jacuzzi with the view. The main pools are also fun, very beautiful at night.

The food was usually good, but the second dinner we had was a bit disappointing. The minibar is free but they sell pitchers of water at the dining room so if you're thirsty you have to pay for the basic.. and the shower head could be better.

Check in at 11 am was unexpected and very well appreciated, as well as last day of check out when you could stay at therme till the end 11 pm is absolutely great. Employees of this place are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. I could say that this place and this hotel is the one of the best hotels in Europe. Spa 3000, sauna world and many more. Very tasty dinner, super live music and bar in the evening, reserved seats for hotel guests, we will be back for sure. Free parking in the garage was like a candle on the cake :)

I tried to found something but I cant. Just order massage for my lady as a present and receptionist booked wrong day. This was little bit sad for my wife, but we get free spa entrance last day so in the end we been happy.

Everything was exceptional, from reception to the room and the spa. The food was beyond delicious. Endless breakfast options and dinners felt like a fine dining top restaurant meals. The room was large, with amazing view and very nice & stylish wood furniture. The spa is amazing, huge, modern and extremely clean with endless options. The location is in the middle of the mountains. The view of the mountains from the pool it’s breathtaking. Overall, it exceeded our expectations!

The place is beautiful. excellent facilities- the water in the pools is very very clean. All the hotel is very clean. Beautiful location. We had the mini suit- very comfortable, large bath, a lot of space. very very recommended. will go again- no doubt . The staff was very nice.

It is mandatory to take dinner. the dinner was not very good and boring. On our last night we went ti town for dinner.

Room, view, and fireplace. Dinner. Private SPA area. We liked it all. We tried to visit the shared SPA area, but it was so crowded and loud. But SPA 3000 was just awesome, there were people here too, but everybody were silent and respecting each other (apparently hotel guests know what and why they paid for). In the end we spent all time in that area.

Unfortunately the instructions for the herbal room were not clear, and in the end we were not able to book it, next time I guess. And just to emphasize again: without SPA 3000 exclusive for hotel guests the whole stay wouldn't make sense. So thank you for making that area private!
