The room was good for a family, decent size and amenities. The hotel was decent sized, not too big, not too small. The access to the ski room was really good and the room itself useful. The pool and the wellness area were nice.

The hair dryer was not strong enough, especially for long hair. It took really a lot to dry your hair. The personnel was nice, but it would've been useful if they would've taken care of the shower amenities and napkins. The access to the property can be problematic if there is heavy snowfall - going to Gries in general.

The rooms were spacious, with a lot of day light, of course very clean, as usual in Austria. The staff was kind and helpful. It was amazing that the boss could fix us massage sessions on short notice. The sauna and swimming pool were a great advantage after one week of tour skiing.

All was positive. We try to find negative points and there is nothing to complain about. We will certainly return.

We had a great stay. It realy was perfect for us and we definitely recommend it. Nice design Great location if you prefer (like us) something quiet not in center of town and right at the foot of beautiful walking trails. We didn't need to move the car and could go hiking easily and then enjoy a good meal and the comfortable room at the hotel with no need to go into town or look for a restaurant. Short drive from towns. Big comfortable rooms Nice rich breakfast with good service, Good dinner nicely served and at a good price Indoor pool Good stable WiFi Good value for money and if you add the summer card that gived free entrance to Gondolas (cabl car) and buses it realy is a very good deal.

We really have nothing negative to say, For us it would be easier if they spoke English at the reception but most of the times there was someone nearby to help. And it was a little strange that the terraces are shared in a way that guests from other rooms can actually see into your room when out there.

Firstly this hotel is in a stunning location, high above the busy valley below. We stayed here in the summer and enjoyed the swimming pool. After a long drive it was very inviting. The next day we hired e-mountain bikes and had a most excellent time exploring the valley above the hotel.

Not being able to stay longer

The hotel was nice, good food , very nice location, it is very good for biking or hiking, close to the Langenfeld Aqua Dome, the hotel also has a nice pool, the staff was nice and friendly

large rooms and comfortable beds. Desk had a great are to work. Breakfast and Dinner was fantastic. The key factor that stood out was the bathroom. super clean and if I could take the shower home with me I would.

Is a little far away if you don’t have your own form of transportation and buses are a little difficult to navigate.

I liked everything about the property! the front desk folks were amazing, the dinner and breakfasts were exceptional! the property was very, very clean and maintained beautifully! I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here!
