Location is in a beautiful, peaceful corner of the Leutasch valley, with a network of walks up the mountains or down the valley along the stream. Breakfast every day was excellent, with yogurt, fruits, fresh bread rolls, and an array of cheeses, offer of eggs, etc. The staff were incredibly friendly and did their very best to accommodate vegetarians with a choice of dishes for dinner.

Lighting in the room was a bit too poor to read by - really needed a reading lamp or two. Also not quite enough electric sockets to plug in laptops, recharge phones, etc.

Very nice, spacious room with balcony and a small niche - cute room to sip on a tea and read a book. Location is great - easy to walk to the start of the trail to Hohe Monde. The owners were very friendly and all the things, including breakfast, parking and facilities were to our liking. There is a restaurant and you can sit and read on its garden.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff / owners were very very nice and helpful. Breakfasts really awesome with freshly cooked eggs with bacon, variety of cheese, ham and others... Parking right next to the house. We were very satisfied with our stay and we can absolutely recommend.

The bed sheets could be probably renewed, since it seemed to be very old. The fridge in the room was not working / cooling. Shower a bit small for a bigger man :-) All in all very minor issues.

They were very friendly, welcoming and generous hosts. We received great travel advice and they made us feel very special. We had a delightful time and would love to come back and stay longer exploring Leutasch. we had a huge breakfast, large apartment and well priced.

Everything was good!

We chose this location as a base for exploring Leutasch region. But we didn't imagine we'll find such warm-hearted people. There were no need to say anything - Francesca was giving us all information we could have needed. She waited us with a late dinner - two hungered travelers :). She told us about the local points of interest. Despite our desperate prays, she kept giving us more and more and more huge portions of delicious food. The room was lovely ... that kind of old style which is a bit familiar and slightly nostalgic. We kept the places' beauty in our mind. And the weather was ...

... hum ... the weather was not our friend. So I keep wondering ... what's the use of having such a wonderful location if you can't fix a few annoying rains? I guess I'll need another trip to find out :)

The carpet in the room and the bathroom needs renovation.

I was totally satisfied with the stay: nice cozy rooms, great dinner and breakfast, even a fridge in the room which we didn't expect. I would keep this place in my favorites for the weekend breakouts.
