The location and the coffee was exceptional…It was an easy and extremely scenic walk into the Old City along the Danube - especially viewing all the River Tour Hotels moored alongside. Being set in a park you only heard birds chittering, no traffic noises made it to the hotel so it was tranquil.

The cost of the breakfast at 25euro per head was a bit confronting since it was the first hotel out of my previous 9 on this European Trip that didn‘t include breakfast. The exhaust fan in the shower didn‘t seem to work and the bathroom sink was extremely slow draining

Great location over looking the river .parking was easy.and next door one of the best outdoor swimming facilities we’ve ever seen five outdoor pools ,slides indoor pool ice skating ring etc . Eco friendly skip a days house keeping and they make a payment to a bee charity

Not a late night place so everything closes early .Not really a dislike

Saturday night restaurant was closed. It was snowing and couldn't walk out. No restaurants in the area. Hotel has no system to serve any food, not even a cup of soup. Suggest snacks should be made available.

The receptionist bent over backwards to help us, especially as she only worked on Sundays . As the restaurant was closed she advised us where to go for supper & how far away it was to walk etc. She helped me get some ice & also a small jug of milk.

This hotel is situated to the Donau and near the city centre. Walking to the city centre takes you ca. 15 minutes. We had a room on the 8th floor with an amazing view. Parking can be done underneath the hotel for 17 euro’s a night. Breakfast is great!!! Everything you want is there. There is more place when you join breakfast a bit later.

The location right on the river is really excellent - lovely views and a short 10 min. walk to tram lines and city centre. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The view on the river is great so make sure to ask for a room overlooking the Danube!

It is a pity one cannot eat breakfast on the terrace...

it was perfect for the value and good location. we didn’t sign up for the breakfast but I went downstairs and they allowed me to have a coffee. I thought that was awesome

the shower was hard to get into it since it was a tub.

Breakfast choice was extensive. Location was excellent, 10 to 15 minute walk away from the City centre. Lovely view over the Danube from our room.

Excellent location in park, next to Danube close to Linz center. Very good breakfast, with nice terrace to look over the Danube. Comfortable business type hotel. Lockup cage for bicycles in the garage.

Perfect location. Tasty breacfast and plenty optiones to choose from. Incredible view to Linz through window. Helpful staff.

Impossible to adapt separately airconditioning in own ròom. It was too dry and hot.
