I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the city center and conveniently near the railway station, making it perfect for travelers. The rooms were very comfortable, impeccably clean, and provided a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was well-stocked and guests were satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay with excellent amenities and service.

Some more warm options for Vegetarians.

In Linz the traffic is a bit chaotic during the day but hotel is fairly easy to find. I loved the fact that the hotel has a parking garage right next to it. 18 euro per day and after registering your ticket at the reception u can come and go as u please. Staff at the reception was very friendly. Shopping streets are practically right around the corner. I asked for a quiet room and to my surprise the staff actually took notice of my request and gave me two options for a room and yes it was quiet. Because i have trouble sleeping i always ask for a quiet room but so far no hotel cared about my request. This was the first time ever someone actually took notice of my request. I was so surprised at the desk that i got speechless haha. Big thanks to the hotel and to their staff for not ignoring my request. Because of this small kindness i will from not on choose your hotels more often! We got room at the top floor, it was clean and specious. I booked a standard room and for our 2 days stay it was enough. Everything was clean, everything was fine, everything worked. Actually i loved their mattresses. Most hotels have horrible soft or too old mattresses but this one was super comfy, firm! For me who has a bad back problems it was a dream. The bathroom was fine, nothing fancy but it was ok for our short stay. We tried the hotel restaurant. Its ok. I first looked on Tripadvisor for restaurants and everything looked like u needed a reservation. So i was like , lets give it a try coz i honestly i was not up for a late night search for a restaurant in Linz after our arrival. And to my surprise the hotel restaurant was just fine. Nice staff, food was served right away. The restaurant can get crowded around 18:00 but later around 20:00 it was totally empty. Parking spaces in the garage are right next to the elevators to the reception. After u get your room card u need to scan it in the elevator each time u go up to your room. I thought it was a nice security feature.

Standard rooms do not have a mini fridge. We had to store some of the food we brought with us on a window frame :D i think every room should have a fridge, cmon , we all use it right? :)

This is a good hotel, we had a clean and silent enough room despite it looked to the square, however it was high floor. Breakfast was really good and good selections of food. It is very close to the main attractions, the old town, in walking distance. We used the private garage parking under the hotel, no issues.

The restaurant is one of the most overpriced hotel restaurant I have ever been. They put snitzel into the adult options for 30 euros, but it is like kinder size with some potatoes. It is okay to be expensive, it is matter of choice the guest makes, but not acceptable if you are out from the lounge hungry after eating a costly main dish.

The location was great because the main street (Landstraße) is just across the hotel's inner yard. The hotel is easily accessible by tram from the central station. Several trams go by Landstraße almost every 5 minutes, and all these tram lines pass through the central station (Hauptbahnhof), which is very convenient. Furthermore, green areas are on both sides of the hotel (an inner yard and a park). We had a view over the inner yard, which was great in the mornings and evenings. The room was clean and fresh, and the breakfast included an excellent variety of food.

Large room, which was comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning. Good facilities. Friendly staff who facilitated a slightly earlier check-in, which was very helpful. Bar and restaurant were nice. Good location to the main sights and easy to get to on public transport.

A mini fridge in the room would be helpful if possible. Breakfast choices were good, but there were a lot of wasps/bees around, due to the open door in the breakfast room. Would stay here again.

The room size was amazing. Two bathrooms and a large comfortable bed, 2 tv's was great and I loved the view from the balcony in the Junior Suite. Located close to a park and public transport. Used Linz as a hub to get to Mauthausen Concentration Camp and Cesky Krumlov. The facilities and breakfast at the hotel were second to none and will stay here again the next time I pass through Linz.

Staff at the front counter seemed distractracted and staff in the breakfast room were a bit grumpy. They were all efficent mostly but I wouldn't say helpful. Wanted to eat in the restaurant which was nearly empty. Sign says to wait before sitting down, I did so for nearly 20 minutes and no one in sight to assist.

Location is rather nice. The gym is the best across hotels located in the center of the city. Breakfast is pretty nice too.

Connecting rooms are not great when you are on your own as the noise from the neighbouring room is very loud. This is clearly not a doubled door. I could follow the same tv programme, conversations, alarm clock, etc.

It is a good hotel with good-natured and attentive staff. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is good, omelette, sausages, vegetables. The hotel is located close to the city centre. Breakfast is in a lovely courtyard outside the hotel. Very nice we were given a voucher for one free drink on the bar. In general, the hotel is nice, I recommend it!

Need to replace shampoo, shower gel dispensers in hotel rooms. Because the dispensers are difficult to press. It is, of course, a small thing. But considering how the hotel and all the nuances are looked after, it is an important little thing that can spoil the impression of the bathroom.

Good, spacious room, comfortable beds, relatively close to the center.

The lack of normal shower - only option is a bath tube. Being almost 190cm high is quite difficult to take a shower in a bath tube :))) And secondly: having hive of bees just below the guests’ windows may seem like a good idea, but… you’d better add some nets to these windows because waking up from a bee in the room is not among the most pleasant things to do :))

We received a room upgrading just for 20 euros for a junior suite on the top with infinitive panorama window. Minibar was inclusive. Price was half we would have paid in Salzburg. We stopped in Linz because it is in the middle of our way to Tirol skiing. Second time we chosed this hotel and we will do so also next time. Parking garage under the hotel. Receptionists are excelent. They didn't want to accept the tip. We left one baggage at the public parking and they called us.

We saw only 1 crew was for the breakfast.
