We stayed at the Zillertalerhof for our honeymoon over Christmas and were really impressed with the hotel itself! The facilities are great, the spa is really nice and the staff are excellent, they really go above and beyond to make your stay truly unique! The food is so amazing and they catered for our needs exceptionally. We also had a really warm welcome from the reception staff and they were helpful throughout!

Just be aware that the hotel is near a church and the bells go off at around 7am. Our first room was also above the kitchen which was loud in the early morning and late at night (until around 11pm) but they did move us to a room higher up.

Great location. Beautifully decorated with a stylish but comfortable cosy atmosphere. Modern with a touch of traditional feel and lovely glass log fire. Many great touches in the room. A rucksack to use and a bag to take down to the pool with beach towels and slippers. Great Bar and outdoor seating. Lovely heated pool too. The staff were extremely helpful and the food in the Restaurant was amazing and varied. Welcome drink on arrival and cake in the afternoon was a nice touch too.

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Tea was not included with afternoon cake.

Excellent spa hotel. The breakfast is phenomenal! Spa area is well equipped (opens only in the afternoon though) and the pool is big enough to swim. Our room was quite big with a balcony. We very much enjoyed staying there with this wonderful view of the mountains! Highly recommended!

I’d especially like to emphasize two key aspects. First, the staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. Second, the food was exceptional, from the dinner service to one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve experienced.

Mattress and pillows were way too soft.

modern feel but still authentic. wonderful food and v friendly staff. We upgraded our room and it came with a GHD hairdryer, big beds, robes, v spacious and comfortable. Hotel also had a nice bar for cocktails after dinner.

The location, staff and food was exceptional. The spa is amazing and lovely to retreat after a day on the slopes.

The only issue we had was with the pillows in the rooms. We did request more but they were sadly inadequate and not the standard one would expect from a hotel at this level.

Daniela on the front desk is incredibly professional with a vast knowledge of all the local amenities and Ana in the bar made our stay so enjoyable with her warm and witty personality. Both of them as with most of the other staff are a true asset the this establishment.

the rooms were not cramped(small), but the best part of the stay were diners, really the food was ,,great'', this word is not the best to describe it, but we loved it ,

Beautifully designed and comfortable hotel with wonderful staff who made us feel very welcome. Exceptionally good food and cleanliness. Spa area was amazing with indoor/outdoor pool. The outdoor bar area and wonderful cocktails were fabulous to come back to after a day out.

cosy room is on the small size. not much space for clothes.great shower and bathroom though.
