the Service was excellent, fantastic staff - they all made you feel at home. we loved the spa!

it’s a rather big Hotel, so you might find yourself ending up in your room to find a real quiet spot. we were there during a real heat wave. Rooms are well isolated, though no Airconditioning. moreover sleeping with open windows was hard as the Hotel is near a busy street and next door was a big construction side (building apartments) that started making noise 7am every day… so although the hotel and staff was fantastic, we returned home pretty exhausted due to lack of sleep.

first and foremost a massive thanks to Jan for making our stay a memorable one for all the right reasons. the bed was very comfy and the suite was spacious . the facilities including the spa were first class. the breakfast buffet was well stocked and the time we ate in the evening the food was delicious and very well presented. the wine “cellar” was well stocked with some excellent wines (not necessarily expensive either)

I didn’t like being next to the lift. it was very noisy all of the time. I would have preferred not to be in the ground floor but there you go.

I'm pretty sure we were upgraded and it would have been nice if you told me so I could say thank you. Such an incredible hotel! Perfect to relax and spend time with my wife. The room was a massive suite and it was flawless, the details and the modern flare was really impressive. It is clear to me that somebody really cared and put there heart and soul into the room design and the entire design of the hotel. The food was incredible I enjoyed every single bite that came out of that kitchen. Breakfast and dinner both amazing and afternoon snack is also fantastic. The swimming pool is lovely I especially enjoyed the underwater speakers and all of the facilities were of the highest standard. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly for the entirety of the stay. I would not change a thing about this place and look forward to returning as soon as possible.

It was all Amazing but I must say your photos do not do the rooms justice its hard to capture just how beautiful the rooms are.

Our room was a 'charm' room which had a lovely contemporary bath looking out onto the balcony, just what we needed after a day on the slopes. Food at Hotel Elizabeth is just fantastic. we opted for breakfast and evening meal. You keep the same table for the duration of your stay which I really liked. Each morning, you choose what you want to that day's evening meal, very efficient. We didn't' ski on one day and having the spa facilities made up for that. Some serous investment has been made in that region, enough to embarrass a Champneys spa day for sure!

Tea and coffee making in the room would have been perfect. I can't think of anything we didn't like.

My second time at this hotel - got upgraded to the suite, absolutely fabulous. The bathroom with the giant tub and terrace access was out of this world. The swimming area/natural pond across the street is stunning! We felt like we didn't have enough time to make use of all the amenities and will certainly be back.

The food was very tasty, although I do wish that the focus was a bit more on regional products and local dishes. We loved the Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen and would like to see more of that :) this is me being uber critical tho, all in all our dinners were fabulous and the service was great.

The accommodation was really great, clean and beautiful room, nice staff, greetings Dávid and Viki🇸🇰🤍. We enjoyed our stay, there was a misunderstanding on the part of the reception before arrival, so they compensated for the mistake by upgrading the room upon arrival, which was amazing. The restaurant surprised us, we read the praise from the guests before our arrival, but we tasted the truly exceptional food for ourselves! We will definitely be back!

i didnt like that after i paid so much you asked me to pay for lost room key i think its rediclus. and i didnt like that in the evening meal we asked for another dessert and your employee said immidietly no after we take avery avening 2 bottels of wine and paid ao much

Beautiful, well equipped suite, lovely mix of traditional but with real modern twists. Food was excellent- super choice and nothing was too much trouble. And all the hotel colleagues were excellent- friendly but not intrusive, and made each one of the guests feel like we were VIPs.

Nothing. It was all superb.

The staff were incredible. All very helpful and all were fully informed about the guests, which rooms they're in, what package they're on, where are their breakfast tables, when are they leaving, and even small details like what drinks we had the night before and asked if we wanted the same again the next time we were at the bar area. I'd like to add a special thank you to Sabrina who was so helpful with all her restaurant recommendations. Thank you Sabrina, can't wait to see all again next season...

Beautiful hotel, wonderful amenities, dinner and breakfast was delicious. Spa is beautiful. Location is great- close to many walking routes. The highlight of this hotel was Otto, who completed guided walking tours to various beautiful locations, we saw many things that we otherwise would not have seen. Sabrina at Reception was also brilliant. Highly recommend

No outdoor pool (there is an outdoor swimming pond?), no tea/coffee machine in room.
