Beautiful hotel, great location right on the lake and included free waterfront entry with our stay. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We will be recommending this hotel to any of our friends planning to explore Austria.

It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/ coffee making supplies in our room. Also, black tea at breakfast that is not Earl Grey - this particular tea blend is a love/ hate option. Fortunately, we always carry teabags, so we did not miss our morning cuppa.

Amazing location and great hotel. We enjoyed the stay, breakfasts, restaurant and also the beach bar. Very friendly staff. There is tablet on room with possibility to order from bar or restaurant and there is amazing room service. And amazing runsets!

Sadly our room was just above the beach bar, and the last night there was some loud party till ~2 AM. We were sleeping like 4.5 hours before our 4 hours travel back (by car, so you need to focus well on road). Explaination from receptionist was "you should join them", which is nice joke, but I'd expect better explaination from 4 star hotel.

Location by the lake, easy parking, friendly staff, spacious room, a/c, breakfast was good. Possible to buy lunch bag from breakfast (however still other clients thought that we 'stole' sandwiches:) ) We had good one night stay. Dog friendly!

Restaurant was closed (not informed in advance), staff recommended another restaurant (which was closed as well), staff did not speak English that well (but they tried and were friendly), welcome drink - bottle of wine - was open, a/c was not working (needed to ask staff to 'open' it), roof top window was open and remote ctrl did not work (we got already new room, but finally bartender came with ladders to close it, so no need to change room), problems with payment (same for few clients) - check out took like 30minutes... So many little things went wrong, at the time it was not nice - afterwards these things are more like funny. We had good stay still, staff was friendly.

We stayed only one night in April. Breakfast was excellent, service was friendly, room was clean and warm, beds were comfortable. Located just near the lake.

I loved the location. The staff were great.

My bedroom had no air conditioning which I felt needed it in 37 degree heat.

The breakfast is great. There’s plenty of options to pick from. Everything was tasty and fresh. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. The building is right off a beautiful part of the lake. I highly recommend this place to families with kids. They even have a secluded play area at the restaurant, where parents can eat while the kids play without annoying other guests, which saves you the awkwardness that comes with that.

we had two rooms, 1 was modern, 1 was old. Bit noisy at later evenong from the bar.
