The room was very big. There were two rooms as it was a suite I think. It had a bath tub in the room next to the bed. Nice central location. Large swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also sauna and other facilities but didn't have the time to use.

Very difficult to find the actual entrance point. There is a bollard that needs to be activated so you can drive through. You have to go to reception first to get details and key to the hotel parking. (When you are tired from your driving you want easy access to a hotel and its parking. This was not the case. There was only one parking space available on arrival! Thank god! Difficult to find my room. The location of my suite was not clear. Good breakfast buffet but all tables pre booked so got a small table in the corner!

we ordered a room with an air conditioning, we added money for this specific room, but the air conditioner stopped automatically after 30 minutes, it was too hot at night, and although we asked 4 times, to change it, they did nothing, just promised that soon it will be fixed. another thing is the bathroom, there is no place to put anything inside. nothing to hold on if you need to soap yourself and if you are not young it’s really dangerous.

Wow - just wow. We where blown away by everything. The room, the food, the pool, the mountains, and of course the staff. We arrived and immediately checked in and shown to our parking just beside the hotel. The room was large, clean and had a balcony overlooking both the mountains and the cozy square situated right outside the hotel. We where traveling with our small dog Leo, who can't be left alone. The staff was beyond helpfull, with solutions to accommodate our needs. They also took the time to say hi to Leo, which were much appreciated🥰 The surrounding area had a lot of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. All though we found it a bit pricy. we had half pension, so we ate at the hotel restaurant, and boy, we where not disappointed. Several dishes and each one very delicious. The breakfast was A-MA-ZING. Best one we have had I Austria👍🏼 A big thanks to the staff for making our stay fantastic.

We come from Denmark and we are not used to "naked sauna og wellness areas". This would have been nice to have known in advance. Therefore we only used the pool.

Smokers’ smoke odors from balconies next to ours coming into our room from 7a.m. until past 10p.n. Loved the hote but will not stay here again because of their allowing smoking on the property (or their not placing smokers together in one section of property). it was literally sickening to be in our room at times and we could not sit on our balcony.

The hotel is really nice. The room was newly renovated and we liked it a lot. The balcony was huge. The dogs were also very welcome by the staff which we appreciated. One of the best things in the hotel is the spa. Different types of sauna, Turkish and Mediterranean bath, salt room, relax rooms, a big pool with whirlpools - it’s all there. We had also the dinner included and it was always different, every day a different theme - we really appreciated it. The wines were also really good. The staff is very nice and ready to help. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are renovated with nice alpine style, there was a balcony and an -older- bathroom. Pool and spa are fantastic, breakfast wirh a hige variety of delicious food, only for vegan/vegetarian it’s a bit harder to find something, but even okay. Staff is very friendly. The location is just at the main place, 5 mins walking distance from the train station.

Wifi was not very stable, almost impossible to work there. But hey, enjoy your holiday instead. Please renovate the old bathrooms, they distroy your 10* review.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. For example, I stayed in the Kaltschmid Familotel a few days prior to our stay at Alpenlove Spa. Not only did they store my luggage while I was hiking, they had already arranged the transfer of the luggage to Alpenlove Spa when I got there. Also the waiter for breakfast and dinner was a joyful character that made is laugh every day. There was a wide choice for breakfast that for us left nothing to be desired. The dinner choices (half board) were also very good and featured local specialities, which I liked a lot. The spa area war lovely. It has two saunas, two steam rooms, a few smaller facilities (like infrared light therapy) and a big pool. Also several relax rooms, both inside and out. We enjoyed our stay so much and will be back.

The location is very central. The room is quite spacious. The variety of food, both in the breakfast and dinner, is very nice. The service is very good. The facilities at sauna are very diverse. The indoor pool is very big.

Essentially there is no lobby to sit in. The only place is the bar where you are supposed to order drinks.

Personnel was very friendly and helpful all the time. Great location, near to the market, shopping, outdoor activities, train station and casino. Very central...

Internet was weak in the rooms and slow everywhere in the hotel. I would suggest to increase the internet WIFI volume and speed and the strength.

Well, everything was OK to perfect. Pool was nice too. Food was good too. Staff and I had a language barrier but we managed to get it right

Parking away from the hotel, 5 min walk. Came in the morning at my car and someone slammed his door into my door. Dented, so that need to be fixed.
