The room (2 bedroom maisonette with fireplace) was superb! The food was very good and the staff especially in the restaurant was very attentive. Ski Bus station in walking distance.

Had to pay an additional 6,50€ for a refill of coffee capsules, this could be included for the price we paid. The SPA is too small and too noisy for the size of the property.

The hotel has been recently renewed and it has a really nice mix of modern and classic style. The food in the restaurant was excellent and all the staff in the hotel was extremely welcoming and helpful.

The wellness areas is limited to an indoor pool and a sauna. Both are quite small, and can get overcrowded really easily, especially in rush hour (e.g., afternoon). While the food in the restaurant is of really good quality and well cooked, there are no drinks included in the price (not even tap water!) and sometimes the buffet doesn't offer a big choice. Outdoor parking is not very spacious (it's basically just one street) and the indoor one is quite expensive.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It was beautiful and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities needed to make us feel at home. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient, without any hassle. The view from the bedrooms was truly breathtaking: thanks to the glass wall, we could admire Innsbruck and the surrounding majestic mountains. Everything was simply perfect, and we would gladly return. Thank you so much!

Love the location and the property as a whole. Once inside the public spaces feel very welcoming and we found the staff very helpful. If you don’t speak German just be prepared to be patient with the staff on reception as they will do their best for you but need to understand your request. The standard of food surpassed our expectations and if something is not quite right they will immediately rectify it. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and we had a gorgeous view from the balcony. Will definitely use again. The added benefit of a swimming pool (that is big enough to swim in) and sauna makes for a great way to end the day before dinner.

Once you use the tea/coffee in the room you have to request a replenishment and you pay for it.

Brilliant hotel! We loved our stay here! The food is excellent and we are already looking at booking for next year we loved it that much! Big shout out to Evelyn and Yanni who were so brilliant with our children in the kids club! Staff are very professional and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for families!

Dinner and breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very close to the Town centre, Ski bus stop 100m from hotel.

The Lounge bar at night was virtually empty with no atmosphere.

R The location is perfect! Just 3 minutes of walking from the center where multiple cafes and shops are, and 7 minutes to the lake! It is also easy accesible with the car, and has a free parking in front of the hotel. Everything is very clean, the staff is extremely polite and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were rich with food, always refilling so there was plenty of everything at any time. Fitness room is not big but nicely equipped, with weights, treadmill, other cardio machines and a bench and cross cable machine. Pool is also clean and warm. The interior is full of traditional details and gives a very cozy impression.

The general service is excellent, maybe just pay attention to details: we havent had our showed gel replaced for days, even if the bottle was empty; the coffee in the room was half used when we arrived; the welcoming spa bag was not containing everything as others; the towels were picked up, but some clean ones were missing. Still thede are details, in general all was good! The pillows are uncomfortable, unfortunately. The predefined dinner menu had very poor choice on vegetarian / lactose-free choises, which give me a bit of hard time :)

Absolutely loved this place! We spent there 4 nights in August and it was veey enjoyable. They have great spa with swimming pool and sauna, and a little fitness area. Breakfast was good. They also offered half board that included dinner - which was a set menu. We only had one dinner in the hotel, and enjoyed it. They also have a cosy bar that has some live music occasionally. In the hotel you can also rent bikes for an additional price (they have 2 ebikes too). Room was super cute - loved the Austrian mountain vibe in it, we also had a great side view over the mountains. Would most definitely recommend!

Generally staff was friendly, apart from one reception lady we ran into that wasn’t particularly welcoming when we enquired about the bike. But the situation was resolved by one of her colleagues who stepped in and seemed much more knowledgeable (she may have been an owner or a manager)

The hotel is in an excellent location just minutes from the train and Seefeld centre, yet it is peaceful and has a lovely seating area outside to enjoy a drink. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent and a varied menu is offered. We also enjoyed the newsletter provided on our breakfast table each morning. It detailed the weather, excursions, events and even a local recipe. We took the bus from Innsbruck airport into the city and the train to Seefeld very easily. We would highly recommend this hotel. It offers good value for money.
