The view at the lake and the mountains from the dining room was fabulous. My room had a slightly obscured view at the pool/lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful (esp. Magdalena at the reception) The bed was comfy (but not the pillows) The swimming pools and saunas were lovely. The food was plentiful with a lot of choice.

The pillows need to be better. Breakfast needs to start earlier. More towels are necessary. The water pressure in the shower varied to a pretty dangerous level. Some members of staff at the diner are a bit too overwhelming. The drinks are definitely overpriced. The children in the pool and noisy and misbehaving. Perhaps a dedicated pool for them is needed.

A wonderful place in all respects. Staff, facilities, views, spa, food all excellent.

Small details which would render it perfect: eg housekeeping should be checking whether the bathroom soaps and shampoos need refilling and always leave 1 or 2 bottles of water in the room

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Breakfast was superb, dinner was good, spa was superb, room was amazing.

Lunch time menu too limited and very overpriced. Dinner was largely excellent though deserts were very poor.

Second time here, the stuff very nice' Noah especially.. sauna and pool are greate! cleaning girls are nice and the room is big. Breakfast very good! and the view is excellent! I'm sure I'll come again.

The food is very Austrian which isnt great if you dont like meat etc. However thats our British tastebuds that are the issue. The food was brilliant, just not to our taste.

Everything - everything was perfect - clean, nice room, comfy bed, great location, free parking, free wifi, good breakfast, nice bar with fireplace, nice and polite staff, nice views from balcony, welcome drink, etc.

If you want to have a dinner in hotel, you have just one menu for the whole night. No a-la-carte menu in dinner time. But there is plenty of possibilities around hotel. So just enjoy village and return for drink at bar.

Excellent breakfast.Excellent buffet with a large and varied quality choice, and if needed eggs can be ordered to your taste.
