The hotel is very pretty, near a very nice neighborhood, with a small shopping center, but great natural beauty. It's very very close, to the metro station (U2) that takes you to the center. We booked this hotel for the Eras Tour concert, and it is very very close to the stadium. The girls working there are very sweet and lovely, and gave us free friendship bracelets and taylor swift stickers, and had gathered all the places that provided free services for the Swifties, and informed us. They speak very good English too. The room was very nice and cozy and had air-conditioning. It was easy to find the hotel, only about 20-25 mins from the airport with an uber. We booked breakfast for our first two days and it was a nice small buffet, but it wasn't lacking anything, and everything was well cooked and fresh. Overall, my friends and I really liked our stay there, and we will seek it again when we visit Vienna next time.

Me and my friend booked this hotel for the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour show in Vienna, so we looked for a place that wasn’t too far from the Ernst Happel Stadion. Even if the concert was canceled, the position of this hotel would’ve been perfect for it so I recommend it to anyone who wants to attend a show at the stadium and is looking for a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they even prepared a list of Taylor Swift-related activities we could do while visiting the city. The room itself was perfect for us, no complaints at all!

Excellent tasty breakfast with lots of options which is good value for money, clean big and tidy room with lots of storage space, housekeeping came by every day, friendly staff with excellent English knowledge, best location because it is close to the underground, free parking on their own parking lot so your car is safe, so happy with our choice

The location is very good and not too expensive like other hotels in Vienna. U2 metro line is 5 min to walk. next to the metro station there is a supermarket. City center is the last station of U2 and it will take about 30 mins to go to the center. In the hotel room there is a small kitchen where you can cook. If you are traveling in Sundays and public hollidays you can go to the Station Pratestern. There is a big supermarket that is open. This station also has a connection to Airport.

I would like to recommend to improve the quality of the soap and maybe add some lotion or hand cream

New, clean, and efficiently designed facilities. The staff speaks good English. Although it is far from Vienna central city, subway U2 line has a station right behind it. And exactly because it is far from central city, there are plenty of free private parking space. I drive my car and leave it here, exploring Vienna with subway for several days. The Aspern lion----a monument for 1809 battlefield of Aspern/Esslin is at the street corner.

I felt safe as a solo traveller, the property had everything I needed, the staff were really friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

The only things I would change about the property I possibly accessing a lift to carry my bags up to my room as well as a kettle and coffee,sugar and tea like most bed and breakfasts. But I’d honestly definitely stay there again regardless.

The hotel is a bit removed from the city centre proper, but it is very close to the metro station, so getting to and from the city was a breeze. The hotel has its own parking space right in front. Since the reception closes for the night at around 21:00 or 21:30, they have an excellent system for late arrivals. The rooms are cozy, with a small, fully functional kitchenette. The colour choice for the bathroom is quite bold (bright yellow), but it is fully functional, with more than enough of shell space (something many hotels lack). Additionally, hot water in the shower starts immediatelly, so there's no need to wait when you really want a hot shower. Beds are comfortable, but the pillows are of the thinner variety, and there's only one (per person), and no spares (although, I'm sure the very friendly staff would be more than happy to provide an extra pillow, should you request it). Rooms are kept cozily warm, but you can increase the heating, if you feel so inclined. Breakfast is not lavish, but more than adequate, with a choice of breads and rolls, cold cuts, vegetables, jams, etc. There's a coffee machine, where you can also get hot water for your tea (with a rather good selection to choose from). Also, brekafast is served from 6 in the morning, which is an excellent option for us early risers. There's even a shoe-shine apparatus next to the reception, if you're in a quick need to have your shoes cleaned and polished. Alltogether, a great place to stay in Vienna.

We travelled by car so it was important to have secure parking. The locations is literally minutes from U station. The room was very clean, comfortable, the heating was good. Extremely quiet place The staff at the reception were nice and helpful.

Lacks a couple of basic utensils in the kitchenette, like coffee maker or at least a kettle.

Room was very well planned. It had every thing that a person needs and every corner was utilised properly. They had enough storage which is almost always missing in hotels these days. we really appreciated the whole experience. Public transport U bahn is 3 mins walking which is a huge plus and they had large parking space.

The fridge was not working and the soap dispenser over the washbasin was not working. We asked them to fix that, they were not able to fix the fridge due to public holiday but the soap dispenser was fixed and again got spoiled after 1 use.

Hotel is not state of the art but is good value for your money. It is located in north-eastern part of town, not close to city center, but is very well connected with U2 subway line which goes all the way to the center, or you can easily switch to red line. There is also one decent bekery 10 min away, some good fast food on the subway station as well, SPAR and Billa nearby. Great plus is free parking in front of the hotel, which is not very common in Vienna.
