Excellent tasty breakfast with lots of options which is good value for money, clean big and tidy room with lots of storage space, housekeeping came by every day, friendly staff with excellent English knowledge, best location because it is close to the underground, free parking on their own parking lot so your car is safe, so happy with our choice

The hotel is a bit removed from the city centre proper, but it is very close to the metro station, so getting to and from the city was a breeze. The hotel has its own parking space right in front. Since the reception closes for the night at around 21:00 or 21:30, they have an excellent system for late arrivals. The rooms are cozy, with a small, fully functional kitchenette. The colour choice for the bathroom is quite bold (bright yellow), but it is fully functional, with more than enough of shell space (something many hotels lack). Additionally, hot water in the shower starts immediatelly, so there's no need to wait when you really want a hot shower. Beds are comfortable, but the pillows are of the thinner variety, and there's only one (per person), and no spares (although, I'm sure the very friendly staff would be more than happy to provide an extra pillow, should you request it). Rooms are kept cozily warm, but you can increase the heating, if you feel so inclined. Breakfast is not lavish, but more than adequate, with a choice of breads and rolls, cold cuts, vegetables, jams, etc. There's a coffee machine, where you can also get hot water for your tea (with a rather good selection to choose from). Also, brekafast is served from 6 in the morning, which is an excellent option for us early risers. There's even a shoe-shine apparatus next to the reception, if you're in a quick need to have your shoes cleaned and polished. Alltogether, a great place to stay in Vienna.

The location is great for those travelling with a car and the metro is close enough to use it to travel to the city centre.

Convenient location, in the outskirts of Vienna, but 5 min.walk to metro Station. Clean and comfortable, though minimalist as to the facilities. Breakfast was good. Huge free parking lot, we were allowed to leave the car for a couple of hours after checkout.

The Receptionist was not at the Reception desk most of the time, had to call on a phone for someone to come. Booked two rooms, well in advance, but had the unpleasant surprise that one of the rooms was in the same building with the reception and the breakfast lounge, while the other room was in a building across the street. The WiFi was limited to one device and with limited speed (no video streaming!). No hair dryer in the bathroom.

The room was very spacious, with a small kitchenette (two electric plates, small basin and small fridge). It also had a table with sitting room for four people and an additional couch to relax on. The bathroom was large, with a bathtub and amenities for the disabled. The matresses were actually comfortable to sleep on and I'm really picky on this topic. There was also airconditioning and large windows. The personal was nice and helpful. Additional bonus is the private parking of the hotel and the U-Bahn only 200m distance that drove directly to the centre. All in all would totally recommend.

Nothing special.

Room was very well planned. It had every thing that a person needs and every corner was utilised properly. They had enough storage which is almost always missing in hotels these days. we really appreciated the whole experience. Public transport U bahn is 3 mins walking which is a huge plus and they had large parking space.

The fridge was not working and the soap dispenser over the washbasin was not working. We asked them to fix that, they were not able to fix the fridge due to public holiday but the soap dispenser was fixed and again got spoiled after 1 use.

Perfect location when you come by car - easy reachable and metro station nearby.

Everything was fine

Hotel is not state of the art but is good value for your money. It is located in north-eastern part of town, not close to city center, but is very well connected with U2 subway line which goes all the way to the center, or you can easily switch to red line. There is also one decent bekery 10 min away, some good fast food on the subway station as well, SPAR and Billa nearby. Great plus is free parking in front of the hotel, which is not very common in Vienna.

Everything was ok.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We arrived late first night but they left us room key with instructions in night safe and we easily find our room. Hotel is nice, room was spacious, clean, there was little kitchen area with some basic essentials. Staff was very helpful and they answered all our questions that we had. Hotel is well connected to the city center since metro station (U2 metro) is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel, so you can leave your car at the hotel parking lot.

The hotel is near Vienna public transport and has a large parking area. It was one of the main reasons for our choice. Even though we did not need it, there was a kitchenette in the room and a dining table, which was pleasant. The hotel was clean and quiet during our stay.

The beds were not much comfortable, but acceptable for one night. There was a group of smoking and beer-drinking guys in front of the hotel, who looked a bit scary. Except for the unpleasant cigarette smoke that was around them when we passed them, it was ok.
