Nice room, excelent mattres. Friendly and nice staff. Price includes minibar, fitness and wellness (weekday 9-21 h, weekend 9-18 h). Near station metro and parking building for 4,50 €/24 h (Parkgarage Seepark Seestadt Aspern, Sonnenallee 24, 1220 Wien).

The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. We had breakfast there (19.9 euro/day) and it was delicious and had a variety of elements for all tastes. The location is in a new neighbourhood as all the buildings nearby seemed to be recently made. The personel was very kind, prompt and smiling all the time. I highly recommend this location. The parking at the hotel is 25 euros/night but there is also a nearby undeground parking which is 4.5 euro/night and I would suggest to go there even if you have baggages because it's very close to the hotel.

The room at this new building was particularly clean and shiny with lots of interesting lighting. The number of channels available on TV was exceptionally large and it was easy to always find something to watch. Lots of power sockets, a large working table and a minibar having enough space to store your own packed meals during the stay. Although the location is further away from the city center, it took only 30 minutes by the U-Bahn to the city centre and there is also a railway station nearby. For me, the location was perfect as a running event I participated in took place in the neighborhood. Excellent views from the room!

The bed and blanket were hot during the high summer temperatures. No specified piece of furniture for storing or packing a large piece of baggage, just a table with a light loose piece of metal, which kept falling off and tripping the table with it and a narrow bench.

Super location - new Vienna, beautiful neighbourhood. Lake is 1 min away. VERY comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect location if you go to the Stadium for a concert, as metro station is 2 min away. New and modern. Dogs are allowed! (I think there was no extra fee, but not sure about that)

Cleaning was not perfect. We had rose leafs in the bathroom and dust in the room, but not much. From the bathroom came a very strong smell of canalisation, pipes have to be checked.

Guys at reception were super fantastic! As a dog trainer for me was a huge shock to understand that guys didn’t touch heads of my dogs, they just let them to be sniffed 🥰. It means a lot to me. Means to be really pet-friendly place. The room was super clean and beautiful. The lobby is super beautiful and omg free bar in the fridge. We very enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a fantastic place

Looks remote on the map but has a subway-station right around the corner. So no car is needed. The view is breathtaking (my room was on the 13th floor).

Highly recommended! The whole stay was delightful. The staff at the Reception were exceptional, amiable and polite. The hotel is modern, and the room was beyond expectations, modern, cosy, and clean; it was a very peaceful stay, with a great view from the 17th floor, and the prices were excellent. The hotel is pet-friendly, and there is a private car park. Thanks to Ms Ivon at the reception, who kindly answered all of my questions and guided me on how to reserve the higher floor for my next stay, as when I will travel to Vienna again, I will surely book at this hotel. :)

The whole stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was amazing. The staff at the Reception were exceptional, very friendly and had no problems anwsering and helping with whatever question/requirement we had. There is also the U-Bahn stationt right next to the hotel which takes you to the center of Vienna with possibility to change the lines for other destinations. The hotel is modern, the room was beyond expectations (modern and cosy). It was a very peaceful stay and the prices are very good. If we will travell to Vienna again, we will surely book at this hotel.
