It was a very good location with strong public transport connections to all the attractions we wanted to visit during our time in Vienna. The air conditioning in our room was very good as Vienna was experiencing a heatwave when we arrived. They were happy to keep our bags for us after check out while we nipped down to Praterstern for a last spot of touristing at the riesenrad and amusements

Surfaces and appliances in our room were all black, which often led to difficulties when a black appliance was put on a black surface, for example the black hairdryer the hotel provide was in a black bag on a black shelf inside a black cabinet. There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room for tea and coffee but the sink/tap set up was so shallow you couldn't fill the kettle directly and I had to fill it using one of the water glasses provided. My girlfriend also complained that the bathroom layout. Where the toilet was in its own room with black walls and a black light switch etc but you then had to unlock the door and go into the main bedroom to use the sink was not conducive to using menstrual products like a moon cup.

Located close to undreground and train station, easy to get to the centre. 5 minutes walking distance from Prater entertainment park. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Hotel has good vibe, modern and interesting interior design, full self-service at check-in and check-out, yet friendly and personal assistance by staff available easily. Good breakfast.

The room does not have a separate bathroom, but has shower cabin, and toilet as separate rooms. It is weird that the washbasin is located in the entry, so after getting out of shower you step into the room and have all the water from your body on the entrance floor. Neither had the shower cabin hanging rack to hang at least your towel inside the shower cabin. The clothes rack and shelves were next to the basin. The room was too warm for us, but the air conditioner did not cool the room down to the level we set. Seemed that the automatics switched off the ac as soon as we left the room and when we got back, the room was hot again.

The bed was very comfy. The location to the train station was great. The room was bright and clean. The resturant/bar offered a good selection of food including vegan options. The shower was exceptional. The bed had a socket either side making charging phones much easier. The room was very quiet and we could hear very little of what was going on outside

The pillows wern't great. It could be hard finding the lightswitches ast they blended into the black walls. Went back to the hostel on our first night for a drink at 10:45PM but the bar had already closed althouh it is supposed to be open until 11PM.

It was a beautiful 7-day hotel experience and this happened to a very large extent due to the two very efficient and competent employees in terms of attitude and behaviour towards the hotel's customers in whom I saw a lot of empathy, kindness, the desire to help the customer and to meet his needs and reasonable desires during the accommodation.  Of course, the two employees I am referring to are Adrian from the restaurant and Philipp from the reception who, as an HR manager and organisational psychologist, I recommend for a higher management position (why not?), proving to be a very good fit for the hospitality industry. Some pasive-aggressive attitude of some employees (ladies) as well as bad informed employee regarding the condition of the room she assigns to the client -- both from reception.

The buffet breakfast with lots of foods. the 24/7 take outs and ice creams I can eat because I'm a dessert addict and the clean facilities that range from playrooms, laundry/washing machines as well as the karaoke rooms. I was also surprised at the hair dryer and nespresso machine in the room. The quiet and best place that they chose for me has a great view and it's my first time in a country outside Asia as a solo traveller and I am very satisfied. All staff were fluent in English. No miscommunication amongst us.

Maybe, the thing when I called the cleaning staff for so many times but none came to refill the tissues and clean up the trash in the wastebasket. In my 6day stay, I only had one day when the staff cleaned my room. Hopefully, this can be improved as it was not a short stay indeed

Lovely hotel! Check in was very easy and we were greeted with a hand written welcome card and wafer gift on arrival. Room was very clean and the hotel spaces were good. I liked what the hotel and staff had to offer and how sustainable they were. Also very close to the station and the trams to get there (if you don't want to walk) are right outside the hotel.

Shared the room with a family member and didn't realise the shower door was transparent so could be seen from the sink/entrance. Not a big problem as just stayed in the bed area while the other showered. However had no problems with the room itself!

It’s the coolest hotel we stayed at, but we were probably not the right clientele :) everything is colorful, fun and modern, room was clean and warm, however as a family with small-ish kids it wasn’t really for us. Bunk beds are fun, but the kids couldn’t sleep on the top bunk bed because it didn’t have any railing and they would probably fall out on the solid metal bed frame. Also there wasn’t any storage space in the room. But again, all of this is on us, as all of this is clearly visible in the photos. Staff were amazing, everything was cozy and quiet in the room, we will be back but in a different setting.

No complaints :)

- Hotels normally have disgusting shampo and soap, but this one don't: they're are amazing, high quality stuff. - Provision of free fruits, flavored water and tranditional candies in the lobby. - Amazing lounge space and vibes.

- Room heating was not great. Maximum temperature was 24C, which wouldn't be the warmest anyway, but it hardly reached 23C. We had to ask for an extra duvet. - Restaurant space inside the hotel should be available for guests, but when we brought our own food they didn't let us stay there. Since there's no kitchen, and the restaurant is literally inside the hotel (and it's where they serve the breakfast), we just assumed we could use its tables anytime. When asking the staff for cuttlery they said the restaurant should provide, which they ultimately did.

The Social Hub in Vienna is a fantastic place to stay! The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the young staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always eager to make your stay comfortable.
