The inside was much better than what I expected, given its "star rating". The room is simple, and child's bed is above parents', yes, but everything was perfectly clean and nice. Even the breakfast was full enough. The location is quite close to Praterstern and its transport, shopping and entertrainment. However, a building next to the hotel is being demolished; this looks a bit scary, even though it didn't affect our stay.

The hall and elevators are half-floor above the entry; it should be easy enough to take the suitcases in a mini-elevator that's installed just next to the door. However, the elevator was on "manual approval", apparently. On our way in, we asked the receptionist and she enabled the elevator for us; however, on the way our the desk agent was busy with some other guests and we failed to attract any attention; it was easier to just carry the suitcases downstairs. Why can't the elevator just stay opened for everyone?

1. Location is perfect. Close to two Ubahn stations. Restaurants and park are close. 2. Bed was big enough and comfortable. 3. Cleaning and change if towels every day. 4. Furniture was new. However not enough for two people staying during several days. 5. Paymemt for breakfast every day in the morning - it gives flexibility.

1. There were no cups or glasses in a room. It was absolutely inconvenient to drink water from the tap. 2. Only one towel per person and one common small for feet. Enough for taking shower only but not for washing hair. 3. Shower cabin was right in the main room and a bit too transparent. I was not happy about my privacy. Toilet room was a bit small. 4. Only 5 hangers for clothes - not enough for two people. 5. Breakfast is only cold food (no fried eggs or sausages), juice was low quality - just coloured water with synthetic taste

Hotel location is excellent and is very close to U1 line. You can also walk to the center in 10 minutes. Rooms are very basic, but they are clean and nice and good for a short stay. Despite the basic rooms, they are cleaned every day, which is nice. Staff is friendly and location is safe.

There was very small selection of food for breakfast, and it was the same every day. This could be very easily improved and it would make a significant improvement. Faucets were working strangely, I could set either very hot water, or very cold water, but couldn't set it to comfortable temperature. Maybe it was only my room...

I have no complaints at all, and probably now I'm going to stay in this hotel every time I'm in Vienna. First of all, it has an AC, which you won't find if you rent apartments. While rooms here are small and very economical (for example I had a sink with water and shower cab just in the middle of the room, instead of the bathroom, while the toilet seat was the only thing separated from the room), it has a pretty smart structure with spaces under the beds and staff, which is totally fine if you are a single traveler who stays for few days. The location was pretty nice, it is possible to even walk to the Stefanplatz area, It was maybe 1.5 km, but of course, there was a U-bahn near the hotel. The location was very quiet and empty, despite being located in a pretty business area (probably because nowadays most people work from home). Also, the room had tons of power outlets everywhere, which was perfect, unlike in legacy classic hotels.

ibis is like the Wizzair of hotels, so expect to ask additionally, if you need basic things like extra soap or hair-blower, which is not a surprise. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that the internet is basically paid. You need to pay money to get functional WiFi, but was even worse, the web interface of that system was extremely bad and it was not even possible to pay for it. The moment you need to verify the Visa/MasterCard payment and you tap on your messages or emails to get the OTP code, the paid' wifi's pop-up window will disappear and never come back. They might need to look into this issue. I tried to pay for wifi but ended up buying a roaming package instead.

I loved the location and the budget type of accommodation. The hotel is in close vicinity of a metro station which can take you directly to the city centre. There is also a parking lot underground - you need to pay extra for this of course, but it is really convenient. There are very good breakfasts, so it's a good idea to have them onsite. The room is very simple, has got everything it needs. It is perfect for a short stay, like one or two nights. With longer stays you might need more amenities in the room.

The view from the window, but it's irrelevant since I spent most of the day outside. However, if you are sensitive to that, you might not like it.

The room was bigger than I assumed based on other reviews. You have the cabin shower and the sink, in the room and this will give you the idea that the room is very big. The location is perfect for subway. It's also located near city center (15-20 minutes in total with the walk to the subway) or 20 minutes to the railstation Hauptbahnhof. The breakfast was various and fresh. For us, everything was perfect! We choosed this location because it is close to Ernst-Happel-Stadion. You can go with the subway or 30 minutes walk through a park (with a lot of entertainments open all night).

You get what you pay for. This a a budget hotel so the facilities match that. The hotel was clean, quiet and in a good location. We had choice for breakfast with soya milk provided. Allergen info was easily visible for the food on offer. The reception staff were helpful and I received an extra pillow when requested. The reception had a few vending machines with snakes and drinks. The underground station was close and easy to navigate.

The eating area could have been larger, it was quite busy.

Once again I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Even though there is serious road work being done around the property, the room was exceptionally quiet to sleep in, as always. This was the first time I stayed here in winter - the heating is sufficient, although the room cannot become exceptionally warm, so some people may find this a problem. However, I believe the level of heat would be satisfactory to most people. Also, a note to returning guests: since the hotel is promoting its green policy now, there is only one towel per guest and there are no plastic cups in the room. This, of course, is not a problem if known in advance. The wi-fi connection was good throughout my stay, as always. I will gladly return to this hotel.

I like everything about this hotel. I would have preferred the room to be a little warmer, but that's just me, pretending it's not winter outside :-) And I agree we should save energy!

Superb hotel with nice decoration, directly overlooking Prater Park and is close to the city center. There is two metro stop in very close proximity to the hotel. The hotel is also close to Prater Station with a train connection to Vienna Airport. The room was not so big, but clean as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and with very good choices to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel for Vienna city breaks, especially for family travelers. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

It is good if the hotel provides fresh fruit for breakfast.

The name tells it all, it really is a Budget Hotel. The room is good enough for 2 people. The reception is 24 hours and thus you can contact them anytime you want. You can also get a hair dryer for a small deposit of 20€ (which is returned when you give it back).

Only two points. 1. The breakfast is quite good and with enough options. It would have been better, if the Boiled eggs were served hot. They are simply cold, no matter if you go early or late. 2. The toilet, bathroom and wash-basin. The wash-basin is just in the open and so is the shower area (half-transparent). It would have been better, if it was combined altogether within the walls of toilet. This would give better privacy in terms of personal hygiene.
