Room large & clean recently rebuild. Fresh and new furniture. New renovated bathroom. Excelent shower: modern and new.Very good breakfast with wide selection of food.

It was very hot so need to open windows. Smelling from kitchen comes up so could not keep windows open. More privacy in the shower would be nice.A door is need it like for toilet seat which also prevent watter to spread all over. Personal staf a bit confussed and unexperienced. Don't speak English.

Hotel is typical Bavarian style decor and construction, exceptionally clean, excellent location, and our dinner meal in the restaurant was absolutely the best meal in our 10 day tour around several countries. The breakfast (was included with our booking) was exceptional with broad selection. Service in the restaurant was efficient and friendly.

We slept with window open, our room on the front side of hotel. At 1:30 in the morning we were woken by a couple of voices outside the hotel but directly below our window, in loud conversation. After about 45 minutes of this I closed the window and that made it less obtrusive. Had it been only a few minutes, we would have had no issue with the noise, but it went on for a full hour. Down side was that it was too warm for our liking with the window shut, so the sleep was not the most comforting. To hotel's credit, I did not call them about the issue and give them opportunity to remedy.

Location is brilliant, very easy to find. Hotel has wide and comfortable parking place. Very nice staff. Hotel is clean and has very nice design. My room was brilliant, and the view from my balcony - wow! It is very quiet and nature around is amazing. You can rest in the evening perfectly here or go for a hiking because nature around is so increadible and easy accesible.

I was a bit confused that there was not a lot to choose from for a brakfast because in hotels I have used to very different options. I felt actually a bit hungry and dissapointed after breakfast because this usually is pretty important meal to me and I didn’t get even anything warm to eat like scrumbled eggs or something like that. Hopefully this will change.

It is a very nice a charming hotel, with a beautiful dining room, and nice and modern rooms, breakfast as all you want, and staff is gerenally friendly and quick. Everything went smooth and correct.

The one bothering thing is the small from the kitchen. There is this deep frying oil smell that penetrates troughout the whole house. When metioning it the answer was we don't smell anything. Pity. That would be decently simple to solve...

Information about the surrounding area at reception excellent. Decor great, completely over the top, but not in a bad way. Dinner and Breakfast were good and staff friendly. Check-in procedure a bit special with passports and signing documents (and again signing on leaving) but I guess this may be normal in Austria. Nice dining room with good admosphere. Bedroom in newer wing was very good, clean and nicely designed.

The second bedroom for one in the older part of the hotel was very dated, carpetted and had a slightly musty smell. We will return but will ensure we book in the newer part only. When welcoming guests, opening the sliding glass at reception would allow your guests to hear what you say.

Breakfast excellent. Setting superb. Staff communication extremely good. Room facilities and spaciousness were very good. (Would have preferred door to bathroom to have been opaque rather than clear glass)

Disappointing that we couldn't eat dinner in the hotel on the evening of our arrival (due to staff holidays just after the end of the season), but to be fair, the staff recommended a very good restaurant just a short walk from the hotel.

Nice hotel in a great location, very comfortable for visitors traveling by car. The location is right in the middle of several high recommended tourist destinations such as the city of Innsbruck, Imster Bergbahnen coaster, Blindsee, Piburger see, Highline179 (longest hanging bridge) and more. A quite and peaceful surrounding. Very helpful and kind staff, helped immediately with every thing and gave us also a free ticket for the bus to the city and recommendations. We were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room 😀 Free parking and free wifi included

The facilities were a bit poor such as the old heating radiators and the very slow water heating system in the shower. Also the bed was quite simple, not too comfortable. In addition the room soundproofing wasn't that great

Amazing location, very clean, beautiful room, they have an available person to greet you 24/07, which was amazing considering that we arrived with a 3 hours delay at night.

The glass door of the bathroom was very uncomfortable, considering we were 3 people in the room. We had to make special arrangements for taking a shower...

Hotel Tyrolis provided a comfortable and welcoming place to stay on our journey to Italy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast selection was very varied and tasty. We would definitely reccomend a stay at this hotel.

We have stayed here before so we knew to expect a comfortable stay, this time was no exception. I have a newly broken foot and they found us a room that accommodated my disability. Close to the lift, with the bathroom in easy reach of my crutches. I would happily recommend this hotel
