The accommodations at the Hayat Regency were excellent, particularly the comfortable beds and pillows, which were ideal for a restful night's sleep after a busy day of sightseeing in Azerbaijan. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was consistently courteous and helpful. The hotel's location is also convenient, being situated near several popular tourist attractions.

Everything was satisfactory, although it was slightly more expensive compared to other similar hotels in the town.

Branded hotel always tries to keep their services at good standards, but when staff treats you with respect and take care of your needs as if it's their responsibility, the whole experience goes to another level. I am not if it was their training or their own selves. But I will always remember Mr. Seymour, Ms. Nayla (breakfast lady, here memory is sharp) and I forgot her name, the lady who always welcomed us at the entrance of the restaurant on breakfast time. I cannot forget, the restaurant staff, lovely people.

Even though, I didn't want to, but the truth is, I was with my family when we reached the hotel. We stayed in the lobby for more than two hours because check in was late. No one even offered us welcome water to drink. And at the time of check-in, they forgot to tell what services me my family can use, its Mr. Seymour after couple of days later informed us about those.

The breakfast was excellent. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable although a little 'aged' in places. The gym and facilities are exceptional and a reason to go to the hotel.

The shuttle bus was not very clear or easy to use due to different drivers on different days and no one checking the Whatsapp account where you are meant to book it. One driver was super friendly and helpful while another had to be convinced that he would come and pick us up at the time stated on the advertising poster. The walls of the hotel are quite thin and it was very easy to hear the people in the rooms around you. Generally, this was not a problem, but a few occasions with a loud crying child or a family having a lively chat could have ruined the trip. Thankfully all was good by the time we went to sleep (generally). There is not too much to do within (short) walking distance.

We stayed two nights at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The services were excellent, with a generous breakfast spread that offered a delicious start to our day. The staff were not only helpful but also incredibly courteous, making us feel right at home. We were also pleasantly surprised by the sweet amenities we received, which added a special touch to our stay. The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect place to unwind, and the World-class fitness center was impressive, offering top-notch equipment and facilities. The twin beds were incredibly comfortable, with mattresses that felt like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring we got a restful night's sleep each night.

It is located in the midway of the city. All sight seeing are in close proximity. Staff is welcoming and very cooperative.Swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also very good. Nice place to stay . Enjoyed my stay at Hyatt.

It’s very difficult to connect with the reception or front desk by phone. I tried so many calls from India by WhatsApp also but was not able to connect or confirm or convey my message. Could not talk to reception staff on phone . Please make your mobile and phone more accessible for foreign travellers. Regards

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency in Baku, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was impressed by the generous size and impeccable cleanliness that greeted me. It's evident that the hotel prioritizes comfort and hygiene, making my stay exceptionally pleasant. Each morning, I was treated to a delightful breakfast spread that was both very good and diverse. The variety and quality of food available were impressive, ensuring a great start to my day. Although I didn't get the chance to swim, the pool area was awesome - it looked inviting and well-maintained, and I'm a bit regretful I couldn't make time to enjoy it. The staff's politeness and professionalism deserve a special mention. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and attentive, enhancing the overall experience of my stay. One policy note is that you're not allowed to take breakfast away, which, while understandable, is something to keep in mind for guests looking to enjoy their meal on the go. Also, the check-in time was 12 o'clock, but I thought it was 3 pm, so went for a walk, and staff were very polite with me, I checked-out 4 hours later then I was supposed to. In summary, my stay at the Hyatt Regency in Baku was an excellent experience. The combination of spacious, clean rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and a great pool, along with the polite and professional staff, made my visit memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku, whether for business or pleasure.

Uhm... in general it was fine. But take away from the breakfast is not allowed. For example if you have to leave early from the hotel for a tour, you have no time for coming down and eating, you can't take something with you. So, that was a bit weird.

The location, the room and above all the staff of the hotel. The staff was courteous and always thrre to solve any issue that you may face. They truly know how to extend amazing customer service particularly Mr.Seymur, one of their reception staff, who arranged for our trip to Gabala and made sure everyting was perfect all along the way and coordinating with our driver to ensure our trip remains smooth. All in, a perfecg place to stay with your family and create memories of a life time.

As i said, everything was nesr perfect so the only thing to do is to keep doing what they are doing.

I liked the welcome we received at the property by staff. Especially Nuriya, she was amazing and made sure we are comfortable and provided with everything we asked for. Concierge staff were brilliant. Farid was really helpful from dropping our luggage to the room to plug in youtube for my daughter on the hotel tv. Finally, Sinan and Samra at the hotel restaurant were just amazing through out the 4 days of our breakfast. They made sure we have everything what we need from hi chair for my baby daughter to food. Actually, the complete restaurant staff was very hospitable and accomodating. We just loved our stay at Hyatt Regency. Their heated terrace smoking and non smoking were a big plus with serene garden view.

The location was a bit off. A but far from the city center but the hotel was cozy and comfortable.

We've had an exceptional stay at Hyatt Regency. The staff went out of their way to make us feel happy and comfortable in the hotel. Seymur and Emin were exceptional, and another breakfast manager at the restaurant were exceptional. The first two days our hostess at the restaurant was great! The room was well clean and a good size. We booked two king size rooms that were unfortunately not adjoining but were right next to each other. If you'd like two adjoining rooms, its better to book a king and twin.

On the last day, a different hostess was a bit curt, which was very surprising. However, the manager there was exceptional! Overall the stay was perfect!
