A hotel that feels like home. We stayed at the Parallel Hotel for 7 nights and 8 days. It’s a 2-star place, but honestly, it deserves way more credit. The room was really spacious and had all the basics you'd find in a 4-star hotel. It's just a short walk to the metro station, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Plus, it's a nice quiet area—nothing too crowded. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help you out. Even during our complimentary breakfasts, they served us tasty food that kept us full throughout the day as we explored the country.

The atmosphere is very calm and friendly. Staff always try to make sure you have everything you need, they are super nice and helpful. Whenever we needed new towels, water, slippers, extra pillow, extra blanket etc they brought us in no time. The breakfast is very tasty and healthy, they even remember your preference and prepare your breakfast according to that in later days of your visit. The location was amazing and we could see the tourist attractions with only 10 minutes of drive. We stayed as a couple and we highly recommend this hotel to couples, families, single travelers. -Sabiha

The smell of cigarettes in the room. Outside noise was pretty bad, I had to sleep with my noise canceling headphones .

Despite our early check-in around 5 am, Mr. Emin greeted us with such warmth and helpfulness. The room was spacious and comfortable, and room service took great care of us every day. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. I asked for some extra cheese, and the friendly staff made sure it was brought to our table every morning. One day, while we were chatting about a birthday plan, the staff overheard us and surprised us with a birthday cake. Their sweet gesture made our stay unforgettable. In a new country, their wonderful hospitality made us feel truly special. We are so grateful to all the amazing staff at Parallel Hotel.

I had a great stay here, the room was huge and well accomodated and the breakfast was delicious! The staff also couldn't have been friendlier - I arrived very early at 6am after a long flight and was given an early check in and breakfast which was much appreciated. Thanks in particular to the night manager who was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay.

The hotel was a little far away from the old city, but still walkable and I liked being able to see a bit more of the city overall. There are lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby so it isn't a problem.

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The receptionists were very professional and helpful. They assisted me with tours, recommended good restaurants and shops. Specially Mr. Emin, he goes above & beyond to help and made us feel welcomed. He knows very well about the city and the area around. The housekeeping team promptly addressed all my requests and ensured that the room was cleaned every single day. The breakfast was excellent. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel.

The state was really good thanks to Emin. The guy on the Reception. He was super helpful and overall we liked the hotel, the room, the breakfast! It’s a bit further from old city and downtown but if the weather is great you can easily walk. Another great thing about Baku - the price for a taxi is low so just take a cab and reach old city in 10 min. The room was clean, looked like recently done / renovated. Very cozy! Perfect AC, hot water. A few shops and a cute coffee shop ( cup cup coffee) just 2 minutes away. Had a blast!

The staff’s approach and communication were exemplary, truly standing out during my stay. I was particularly charmed by the hotel's restaurant, which offered a delightful dining experience that catered to my tastes and preferences. The personalized breakfast service was a highlight, providing a unique touch that made mornings at the hotel something to look forward to. This thoughtful attention to detail in service and hospitality significantly enhanced my overall experience.

The building's entrance and signage could stand some refreshing. An update here would not only enhance the hotel's curb appeal but also contribute to a more welcoming and modern first impression for guests. The rooms, while beautifully appointed and comfortable, could benefit from being slightly larger. This extra space would add even more to the luxury and comfort of the guest experience, allowing for an even more relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was tasty and fresh! Staff were really good and efficient at managing any problems and arranging day trips for us. Emin and Turkan made us feel at home and always were smiling and helpful! The drivers who took us to excursions were really good (Sameer, Kamraan and Ali (Alikram). Overall a great stay and we look forward to coming back soon! Oh yeah you must try sweets from the Almond Bakery across the road. Thank you for a lovely stay in Parallel Hotel!

There were small issues but I think these were more to do with language barriers and our specific needs and were resolved promptly with no problem!

Everything was fine. Staff is the best .I specially want to thank Emin who received me on the first day. He offered me breakfast because I arrived earlier than the check-in time. I also want to thank Azor in the front office who was very friendly and nice. Finally, I would like to thank the waiters who fulfilled all my requests professionally.
