The beach lounge which not owned by the hotel and situated at the hotels beach tried to charge me on a Friday a huge entrance fee of 70 Bahraini dinar for access to the beach as person staying in the hotel there shouldn’t be any charge for beach access to anyone residing at the hotel.

The stuff was so welcoming specially the housecleaning .. the property so clean the breakfast was delicious

The hotel does not really have a beach… it’s actually for a restaurant or coffee named Azure or something so we didn’t enjoy the beach cause it’s extra charge

The friendliness of the staff and the food was great.

We booked a suite which should have had robes, but it didn't and we asked multiple times for these but never received them.

reception could have informed us that the beach facilities were operated by another entity so could not charge to room

Breakfast was delicious, swimming pool is nice and clean and most important access to private beach is like icing on cake. Overall excellent facility to stay. I mostly stay here whenever I visit Bahrain

Just one suggestion is to make the pool temperature controlled so people can enjoy it in any season

The room was very spacious and clean. Also the location of the hotel is ver convenient and ideal.

Check in time is very late (3 O’Clock). Check in time shall be around 1 O’Clock.

I booked a one bedroom suite with a balcony and sea view, and it exceeded my expectations, truly excellent value for money. The sea was visible from every part of the suite, whether the bedroom, balcony, or lounge area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the suite was cleaned daily, with the housekeeping staff being both polite and attentive (don’t remember exact names but it was staff assigned on 13th floor). Breakfast offered a great variety, and the added bonus was access to Azul Beach, which had some restrictions, but they didn’t affect my experience. The location was perfect, right next to the Bahrain National Museum and within close proximity to key attractions like Bahrain Bay, Adliya, Avenues, and Saada Beach.

The three room apartment was big and comfy, with four bathrooms made rooms really separated with privacy between them, great living room with dining table also gave it some family vibes.

Location is great as it is between the sea from both sides, but no supermarkets or shops near to get groceries (you can use delivery apps)

My suite was enormous and had a great view over the lagoon. The balcony was very large too and had a good view. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool area is really nice with a beach and a good view. The bar and restaurant were great for relaxing and offered a lot of good food. I liked the meal buffet and they had a grill with made-to-order food on the friday night. It felt very cosy and relaxed. The staff were amazing and friendly. Sandip and his team made every effort to serve me and make me feel very welcome. Shift 17 on the 15th floor is a nice bar with great views all around. Parking was very easy and it was a good location as I was using a hire car. Close proximity to the airport but on a main road which could get you anywhere in 10mins. I enjoyed being out in clear air and not surrounded by buildings. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and think its a very good value hotel.

My only criticism is that my shower wasn't very hot, I didn't seem to be able to adjust the air conditioning either. One suggestion I would make is to have some kind of hotel guide in the room listing the facilities, opening times etc

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious 2BHK room. The size of the room was impressive, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The interiors were thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and luxury. The highlight of the room was the breathtaking city view, which added an extra layer of charm to the overall experience. Staff and Service The hotel staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, adding a personal touch to the service. Everything about my stay was perfect, far surpassing my expectations. The combination of a luxurious room, attentive staff, and stunning views made this experience truly memorable. If I could rate this hotel higher than 10 out of 10, I absolutely would.
