The front desk staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! Samera also is nice and very friendly and professional she made me feel home From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel incredibly welcome. They were always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference in my overall experience. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional service

Service, Location, staff, breakfast, the gym.

The AC vent and control was shared for the 3BR which should have been independent for each room. Curtains for one of the room in the middle were not properly installed and did disturb the sleep. Lastly, the vent opens directly on to the bed for the same room which can be moved to avoid direct AC contact.

I booked this hotel as the reviews indicated that it was a family friendly hotel. This was true and the rooms were spacious to accommodate families and couples. What I particularly liked was the layout of the rooms as they seemed more like an apartment with the availability of a kitchenette and a washing machine/ dryer. Additionally, the cleaning staff were phenomenal, as the room was cleaned and tidied daily, and the dishes were washed and stored well. There was a spa place within the property and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our foot massages.

The room which was facing the hospital was a bummer and I personally didn’t like it. I also thought that the restaurant was quite sad and the food on offer was quite boring or not available.

Spacious one bedroom unit. Modern TV. Comfortable furniture. Good water pressure for shower. 2 balconies with pool view, one large one open to the sun and one shaded and private one. Many elevators convenient for going up and down to the underground carpark. Well-equipped and modern kitchen. I didn't use the facilities but they looked great. 5 minutes walking distance to the King Hamad University Hospital where I was getting treatment. 10-minutes' drive to the airport. 7-minutes walking distance to a new shopping strip with several fast-food outlets, Coffee-shops and supermarket.

Lighting in the bathroom was dim. I couldn't get the A/C to a comfortable level. It was either too hot and humid or too cold even with half a degree calibration on the thermostat. It's a non-alcoholic hotel, (not that I minded, but some guests might want to be aware of that before booking).

Almost all nice and clean, the apartment is big enough for 7 persons. There is kitchen and food table, living room. Just like you are in your luxury home. Evening is complete in the apartment.

The apartments that have swimming pool view are not quite as street or garden view. Because there was noise ( loud ) music since morning. I noticed ( team ) kids coming from out of the hotel with a coach using the pool. Screaming a lot which woke me up early morning.

Extremely professional staff. Starting from the bellhop to reception to housekeeping. Clean premises. Large rooms. Ample parking. Comfy beds & pillows. Special mention of the reception staff Khulood who made check in easy and quick & guided us to the elevator as well. Everyone around was chirpy and ready to help. It’s shows employees are taken care by the management. One of the best hotel stays I have had in Bahrain. Keep up the great work guys.

The location was great near to the airport and local markets friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet.

I’ve booked TWICE in this hotel and the first time they cancelled my booking and gave it to another customer and it was last room i had a nightmare finding another hotel their excuse was I never confirmed my reservation and tried contacting me while i was on plane and I mentioned that I’ll arrive late that day the next one it was confirmed and paid in Advance BUT still cancelled they compensate me with a Deluxe room which I didn’t need it because the bedroom was on second floor so i had go climb up the stairs which I had difficulty due to my health condition.

Amazing hotel, really modern and facilities were lovely. Priya was at the front desk and was very helpful with check in and accommodating for my late check out request. The room type I chose wasn’t available when I arrived so I got offered a free upgrade and the room was lovely! Felt like home away from home - but better. They thought of everything in terms of what you might need (kitchen supplies and utensils) and they were very attentive 24/7. There’s a little store for any grocery necessities you might have in the hotel itself and another supermarket a 5 min walk away. They do still offer room service if you’d rather not cook and the food is good.

the offering per price, the friendliness, the family atmosphere. get Room 126, it is in front of the gym, next to the pool and next to the lift for the parking.

the buffer breakfast could do better with taste and quality, it was merely 10 AM, it was empty and most of the food was getting cold and bland. the tv signal is pretty bad and has to be fixed ASAP, its not even digital signal! the room service menu has to be made available in the room. all utensils were available except for bottle/can opener. the kitchen scissors were broken and the tea kettle didn’t work normally, its button needed to be held to heat water.

The room service is great. Very friendly and lovely staff. Mr. Viru offered us free breakfast when he knew that it’s my sister’s birthday! The kitchen’s staff: Chef Hisham’s food is incredibly delicious.. Ms. Shwetat, Melisa & Belayet are very friendly and cooperative. I 100% recommend staying here. There’s a free access to the jacuzzi, swimming pool and Sauna. The spa is amazing it’s chargeable but it’s worth it! When I come to Bahrain, I’ll definitely stay here!
