I liked the beach and pool facilities. Service at the beach was very good. Food is good.

Customer service needs improvement and the security every where is too much, needs to be relaxed atmosphere. We requested 2 beds but were given a king bed. The ac was not working. Both were fixed later but this shouldn't happen given the amount of money being paid. Also the lady answering for room dining could use a more friendly tone.

The photos on booking is totally different!! I booked a summer house ( in the images it is located directly on the beach) But they give me a flat!! In 2nd floor and I didn’t know about it because it wasn’t shown on booking And I will not pay again 500 BD ( 2 nights) To stay in 2nd floor And without view????? The view on the building

It was a convenient stay. Luxurious rooms and in general a very good services. The various facilities in the resort is an advantage, they have kids club, teens club in addition to the swimming pool that also have different zones, nice and clean beach. They have different restaurant options in the hotel. They provide the option to have breakfasts included or half bored if desired.

The only downside and might be not, is that the resort is far from the city and nothing is close by. I needed urgent pain relief medicine for my kid in the middle of the night, however the hotel can’t provide it to me, they don’t have pharmacy and nothing is near by the hotel, we drove a total of one hour to reach the pharmacy and arrive back to the hotel. I recommend they provide pharmacy vending machine for urgent situations.

Our stay included breakfast and dinner, extremely enjoyable experience. Quality of food was excellent as was the service. Room is very modern and lovely view

The main pool is shallow mostly for kids. I liked the pool in Ritz Carlton Bahrain. The resort requirement more trees particularly on the island to give the tropical . Require more water sports . Since the resort is in the south and there are no other structure, i felt it was windy. It wouldn't do any harm to have live music. I saw less European, most of the guests were Saudi families, this affected the atmosphere.

The cinema (screening room) where you can enjoy a private experience enjoying your favourite movie. Oumaima from the reception was so helpful and so kind, Mohammad from room reservation was so kind and helpful before our arrival till checking out.

The property is so far from city centre around 45 minutes or even more by car, also the same from the airport, so if you just want to enjoy the property it is the right place. the house keeper didn’t clean the room to 5 stars hotels standards, a day before checking out they left a cleaning towel on the desk, didn’t arrange the pillows in the living room, no towels for the bathroom were provided, and didn’t clean the toilet in the living room, the in charge person tried to make it up to us when we reported the situation, she have 3 of the house keeping staff cleaned our suite, and the kids room since wasn’t cleaned properly as well.

Everything was perfect. The room size is adequate. The bed and furniture are very clean and the balcony is beautiful with a wonderful view. The pool was very nice. Finally, the breakfast was varied and delicious.

The place is far from the city center, approximately 40 minutes away. Also the reservation was with a direct sea view but no room was available and we were given a room with a partial sea view. But the view was ok and acceptable.

The pool was nice and a lot of seating around the pool was available. There is a walking path around the pool area that is nice as well as the access to the beach. There is plenty of parking and food choices for the resort. The Resort location is far from other areas, but the drive is worth the resort experience. Everything was nice, overall a great place to relax and enjoy life.

I did not like the repeated question of I am a guest of the resort as my family and I walked around. This gave me the impression that it is easy for non-guest to access the area without permission. However, outside of those instances the staff was nice and the area felt safe.

the staff. seniors and the management are very good but staff are very poor. they don’t understand English communication with them was difficult the Italian restaurant was amazing. very good food but staff smiled. didn’t expect this from a 7 star hotel management should tell them to shower and use deodorant. literally we had to close our nose when they serve. it was disgusting the seniors should have noticed this fact. I would think twice before coming back

It is a proper resort it has many pools lengthy beach sauna and other facilities, rooms are well designed and very clean.

They have shortage of staff which make them unable to serve you properly (in the beach). The infinite pool used to be a public pool anyone can enjoy swimming in it especially after closing the beach on sunset, unfortunately now its a private pool with loud music and you have to pay extra to enter.

Everything was awesome the beach was brilliant and so clean The swimming pool activities was so fun
