On my experience at Renaissance hotel: Everything was exceptional from check-in to check-out (including the reception employees, the Bahar restaurant food and employees, the room cleaning service and the SPA). wherever you go people were smiling and willing to help (which is plus plus)

the prices were to high in the hotel facilities, for example: - starting with the rooms rate- prices were too high compared to their 5 star peers in the same area - the SPA prices were too high, however, for Bonvoy members you can get 20% discount. - ordering soft-drinks in Bahar restaurant will cost you around BDT 850

The staff were wonderful, very helpful for all our requests. We really appreciate the good supply of drinking water in our rooms. Great location. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and freshly prepared eggs, pancakes and dosa's. Coffee and pizzas were great from the ground floor cafe Gulshan Baking Company. Sear bar is a lovely space serving nice cocktails. We missed the jazz music, but prefer the quiet. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us, especially Munni.

It was a pity it was so noisy at the rooftop pool with all the honking cars from the street below (not the hotel's fault, but it did ruin the atmosphere!) Our meal in the Sear restaurant was only average, expected better. As foreigners we didn't feel comfortable walking outside the hotel in local area. Worth organising escorted shopping trips.

I loved my stay at Renaissance. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The room is amazing and the overall ambiance is very modern but warm. When you go for breakfast, the staff are very friendly and and helpful, especially Dheeman, Sanjida, Zubaire, and Pronoy. And, at the reception, I personally would like to thank Ms. Mia for helping me out during our check-in and being so nice whenever we see each other, she is very professional. Everyone looks so pleasing and will go out ifbtheir way just to provide comfort for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel when you cone to Dhaka. Thank you Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel. You were all excellent!

The hotel is located in a very central part of Gulshan, very convenient if you are just moving around that area. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of local and international cuisine. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was no bathtub but the twin room. The highlight was the staff - they were so helpful and attentive, they made the whole stay really enjoyable.

The price was definitely steep for a hotel of this scale and standard. Not saying that the hotel is bad, in fact I believe it's one of the best hotels in the area, but compared to other 5 stars hotels in other countries, the price was insanely high.

Breakfast was amazing, fully buffet and more. Nice that staff brought tea/coffee, all very helpful. Same at the main entrance, all porters etc extremely helpful/friendly.

Seating in the reception area could be better, bin those red "shell" like chairs and some cushions and the green tiger lights on reception desks are just tacky. The seating at the back left is nice and cafe area good too. This is being really picky but turn the music down.

staff was one of the best I have ever seen. they were around all the way round and they never let me down when I requested anything even at 3am in the morning.

only non-smoking is the reason why I won’t prefer to stay in Renaissance again. they should remember we smokers are human beings too.

Very good breakfast, friendly staff, very clean hotel, got a surprise cake 2 times for my wife's birthday. Special thanks to cheff Benny Rifai for serving us very well.

All the staff were exceptional, rooms were spacious and clean and a decent selection of TV channels. Breakfast and other meals provided a great variety of options all of which were excellent. No negatives for me will stwy here next time I'm in town.

Location, amazing staff, amenities (roof top pool and lounge, wi-fi all over the property, cleanliness), bed & pillows, shower head. Surprise holiday themed complementary pastries in the room.

Not enough coffee for us coffee lovers in the room (although there’s an espresso machine), breakfast buffet (costlier than hotels in Times Square, NYC)
