Overall everything was nice specially infinity swimming. Mr.Rony vai was fantastic with behavior and his hospitality

1.Didn't have separate lift for indoor guest, as they have restaurant in rooftop so that lift is always busy, lift should be separated for indoor guest so that don't need to wait for long. 2. Peoples from outside come over the swimming area, out door peoples should not allow near swimming area ,should keep some privacy. Anyone walking around can go to the swimming area ,that's not comfortable for indoor guest during using swimming.

I stayed here 5 years ago when most front desk people were men, knowledgeable men who printed my boarding pass and arranged daytrips. This time, most front desk people were young women who did not know how to print a boarding pass. To top if off, I sent a WhatsApp text to one of the numbers on the business card, requestion a shuttle pickup at the airport. Nobody at the airport. Took a CNG. The desk said they never received my text because they use the other number on the business card. Duh???!!! Some guests felt the hotel quality had gone downhill.

Forgot to mention that when my WhatsApp text was not answered, I called. It rang three times and went into a recording. Tried again in disbelief, same thing happened. Something is drastically wrong here! Told the manager who had no answer.

Staff were great, I liked my corner room with good views of the city. Not all the rooms have the views, premium double I think. We were very well looked after and got the pick of the rooms, booked 3 rooms for 10 nights. Food in the restaurant was good but they did not always get our right order and do need to be a bit more careful about food that has gone off (slight smell) check this before serving, at breakfast too. Maybe we can smell it better than the others.

Minor points, rooms needed creamer or milk for the tea/coffee. Some damp smell, maybe change the carpet to flooring?

Service from some amazing staff in the dinning room .TOMAL and MILON are excellent waiters who exceed expectations during the dinning times. In reception a young lady who has been very active in my general care during my stay called MARYIA would go to lengths to make sure that I received the best care in hospitality possible. Luggage staff SHUEL and SHOID were very helpful and very friendly with their customer service. The room service staff were very good with their customer care and would clean the rooms they would make sure the rooms were cleaned properly and make sure all the necessary equipment were replaced daily. One name stands out from group of brilliant staff is JAKR HUSSAIN who has been absolutely outstanding.

Rooms need updating some wear and tear , needs touching up also refreshing colours to make the rooms more vibrant would be a great addition to the hotel.

This is our second time staying at Hotel Noorjahan Grand and I must say, we are coming back here again whenever we are visiting Sylhet in the future. The rooms have very comfortable beds, great air conditioning and other amenities required for a comfortable stay. They have a wide array of food choices and all taste fantastic! I have rarely encountered hotels in Bangladesh that can do justice to different cuisines. But Noorjahan's kitchen is indeed doing an incredible job! The location is very central and the staff are extremely helpful. All of these come at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Kitchen closes around 11. I wish there was some food facility available 24 hour.

The food we aae at Antayla was very good and delicious very good service from the staff and helpful. Free Breakfast wow. The view from the 15th is beautiful night/day. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. My wife and my 2 brothers are very happy and also want to than k you all. Also good car park and the staffs are very nice. I will recommend anyone and everyone here. Good location, great service.

I liked everything I just didn't know this stuff existed in Bangladesh as I am from UK, Manchester. I'm proud of you guys keep up the good work, I will be back!

Nice clean rooms. The house keeping staff are excellent. As we were a big family with young children they cleaned our rooms twice. Room service was excellent. Ronie made sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. After our swim our wet clothes were taken by house keeping washed and dried. The restaurant is modern with good quality food. If you are travelling from UK with kids then this hotel is a good fit.

The is not great could do with better WiFi. Car parking is very small and dark could do with some lights.
