We stayed at this hotel as part of visiting the Tomorrowland festival. Upon check-in, the manager at the reception offered us an upgraded room category, which had recently become available. This really cheered us up at the start of our trip to Belgium. The room was very clean and spacious and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, even bathrobes. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Plus the welcome wine, water, tea and sweets in the room lifted our spirits during our stay. The room is cleaned daily. When we checked out, we didn’t have breakfast, but decided to have coffee and the owner treated us to delicious apple pastries. Staying at this hotel gave me a very vivid impression of my trip to Belgium! Definitely my highest recommendation!!!

Really great characterful building right in the old town centre, but away from the noise and crowds. Room was exceptional, spacious, clean and had all the necessary facilities. Friendly and informative host who welcomed us on arrival with some good tips and knowledge about the city.

Not a downside as the building is not able to have one installed due to its age, but there is no elevator, just to inform other travellers to prepare.

The location is perfect. Just a few 100 meters from the Grote Markt, most of central Antwerp is a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and modern. The bathroom a good size and nice shower. The owner is very very friendly and knowledgeable about the city.

The hotel doesn’t have any facilities such as a bar. So this really is a room only hotel (with a central area with free coffee), which was fine for us for a short stay.

Good communication beforehand, perfect location 50m from the main area. Lovely greeting by Erik, nothing was too much trouble. Coffee area that can be used 24/7. Beds were great and i had a wonderful.deep bath which was great after walking around in the rain. Breakfast was simple though plentiful. Without asking we could have a late check out as our rooms were not booked out. We used P&R merskem as parking is very expensive in the area. This was perfect and easy We had a great, relaxed weekend.

Nothing to make a fuss about

The hotel is located perfectly in the centre of the city, right in the middle of the pedestrian areas full of bars and restaurants. The hotel owner was extremely helpful and friendly, and the access system to the hotel made it feel exclusive whilst still being practical.

There's no parking and the taxi drivers didn't seem to know how to get to it so I had to walk a little way, and because it's so central and in a busy area it was noisy, as my room fronted onto the street

The breakfast was value for money and super generous. The staff were very lovely, super helpful and polite. The facilities were great and the room was spacious with all the amenities you could want. Clean and comfortable stay.

It’s an old building- stairs are inevitable. But that is the only thing I didn’t love- even then, we were put on the first floor (I was on crutches) which was very accommodating!

Beautiful rooms, fabulous location and very friendly staff! My husband and I stayed here when we went to Tomorrowland and wished we had more time in the hotel as the location and room were beautiful. Thank you so much to the manager for his help and guidance regarding Tomorrowland transport etc.

Cosy hotel. Family run by rather friendly father and son. Offered me an upgrade. Because it's an hold building in the old part of town cannot have lift but I was offered to get my luggage carried to my room. Great location less than 3 minutes walking from Grand Place. Great breakfasts available for €12.00.

The owner was helpful and informative. The room was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were wonderful. The breakfast in the beautiful garden was excellent!

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel as it was not marked very clearly and it was on a side street that could not be accessed by car/cab.

The welcoming, atmosphere . Location is ideal and rooms have character. The checkin and check out process went really smooth and the staff was really flexible with me, which I appreciated a lot.

Breakfast : Maybe more vegetables selection would be welcome not only pastries or bread.
