I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. My cousin joined me at the last minute, I was able to upgrade my room with ease and pay the difference upon arrival. The location is very central and within walking distance from almost all the attractions and there are a variety of restaurants within a 1km walk. I felt safe walking around in the evenings. The staff are friendly and accommodating. our room got serviced daily which made us feel exceptionally comfortable. The amenities matched everything that was advertised. They also had harder pillows in the cupboard if you prefer a harder pillow to a soft one which was particularly nice. I felt very safe as a female traveller. I would definitely stay here again
The wifi wasn't the greatest overall I would recommend Best Western Hotel Royal Centre!!

Clean rooms, good level of amenities. Complimentary water bottles (only 2, but they all count) Location is great too. Whilst not exactly in the centre, there is a tram that stops just next to the hotel. There's also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by. We recommend bark boy for coffee and cakes.
Not much but the pillows on the bed were very small. Whilst the modern design of the shower is aesthetically pleasing, the lack of a shower door means that the floor around the toilet gets very wet. And a towel on the floor does little to dry it out.

I was in a room on the 8th floor, and one entire wall was a window, meaning there was a lot of light coming into the room, unlike in many hotels. Although a single room, the room was of a very good size as was the bed, and all the furniture seemed new. The staff members were all lovely and super helpful. There was a kettle in the room with coffee and a good choice of teas. The air conditioning worked well and was not too noisy. The hotel is in a nice and convenient location, with good public transport options.
The breakfast could have been a little nicer. On the one hand, it was good value compared to many other hotels and ticked all the boxes - there was a choice of cereal, pastries, different types of bread, yoghurts, cheese and ham and warm options but the savoury and warm options could perhaps have been a little more appetising.

A fair hotel in terms of price. The rooms have rather small bathrooms and the furniture is a little outdated, but they are comfortable. The staff at the reception quite welcoming. It is a recommended hotel for those who want something in a better area, who do not want to stay in the lobby area to drink a beer at the bar, and who want a decent price.
What I didn't like was the lobby area where no bar was open, and everything seemed outdated and without any animation, without the possibility to drink a coffee/beer, etc.

Nice location in the upper town, 5 mins walk to botanical gardens one way, Palace park (and metro) the other, 10 mins to central station, Palace, Matisse and musical instruments museums, 15 mins walk to Grand Place but with many interesting shops and things before then. 2 mins to a tram stop on the same road, likewise convenience stores. Rooms were fine, staff helpful, shower very good, didn’t try the breakfast, hotel itself wasn’t busy. There’s a street of restaurants 3 mins walk away, our favourite breakfast spot was Cafe Leopold at the end of that street, opposite a Paul.
The street was quite noisy with emergency vehicles (Rue Royale must be a key road for them) but that’s to be expected in a capital city.

Clean and comfortable hotel in good location although I suggest a cab from train station. Even though it’s only a 15 minute walk, it’s mostly uphill and uneven cobblestone, plus construction. I was upgraded and room had a separate sitting area. Bead was comfortable although I’m not a fan of the pillows. Two blocks away is a great restaurant called City Garden and the pavé de salmon was excellent and reasonably priced. Hotel is in easy walking or tram distance from most major tourist sites. Highly recommend.

The location was very good, close to the train station (north) and close to the Grand Place and main places, very close to the Parc and the Botanic gardens.
The only problem is that many ambulances and police pass nearby with the sirens on, may be there is a station there. However, the hotel is very good located. And at night you can sleep perfectly well, no noise at night. The lobby is not very nice (a bit old style). However we were never there, because we were sightseeing. But if you need to stay at the lobby or work at the lobby, this is not very attractive.

I best western quality adapted to the city center. I am used to more spacious and luxurious facilities in Best Western Hotels in general. In this case, as it is in the city centre, some compromises are necessary. Spacious rooms, clean, quiet (except from the heating system which you must turn off during the night otherwise the fan won't let you sleep). Most stuff were friendly, especially the gentleman at the breakfast in the morning (who is friendly and talkative).
The breakfast is average, but it costs 15 EUR so in the end not bad. Not much variety so if you stay there for more than 3 days, chances are you will get bored of it.

We arrived in at 11 am for asking if possible to leave bags and be back at 3 pm for check in, but lovely man checked room and gave us a card as it was ready. So at 11.30 we were already in a room, we had chance to sleep after flight. We really appreciated it. It so good location and bus station near, so you can take bus from airport to hotel for 2,5€.
We found just one thing, we had problem with the sink, the water was flowing down very slowly

A very large and spacious room with large wardrobes, sitting sofas, a TV that turns towards the bed and towards the desk. The large toilet is also commendable. The breakfast was in the form of a buffet, which some hotels do not have. The food was varied and the offer was indeed very good.
Regarding the hotel I have no complaints about this hotel. Everything was as expected. Unfortunately, the weather was gloomy, so I would mention that as the only minus.
