We booked it last minute while on a road trip and liked the convenience of the location, but the hotel turned out to be much nicer than most of the other hotels we stayed in (Spain/France/Belgium/Germany/Denmark). Great large modern room, 24 hour reception (we arrived past midnight), fast checkin with nice staff, also easy check out. Very nice bed and bathroom. Large room. Best bed in the trip. The following morning we were able to walk to a very nice cafe near the park and then walk to Grand Place and the surrounding areas before coming back to pick our car and drive.

Best Western is a hotel worth staying at if you want to visit Brussels. It is located in an accessible area, 6 minutes from the Parc metro station and 10 minutes from the central train station (Gare Centrale). From the hotel you can easily reach the city center on foot, taking about 15 minutes. We choose a double room with a queen-size bed, spacious and clean. We stayed four nights, and someone came to clean the room daily. The room had a TV, fridge, kettle, and heating. You should pay attention to all the details when you enter the room because we had a problem with the window, which did not close and there was noise and cold in the room. They proved their professionalism and changed it for us. Also, if you go in a cold period, be careful and ask the receptionist to turn on the heating system, because if you don't ask, it might not work. You can also opt for breakfast, but we didn't, so we only had coffee, which cost 3 euros, and it was delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that I recommend.

There was a broken window in the room, but the receptionist changed our room and solved the problem. Another issue was with the heating system, which did not start on its own, and we had to ask the receptionist to turn it on.

Well-located hotel; not much more than a 10-minute walk to Centraal Station and the Grand Place but in a quiet area. Nicely updated, medium-sized room; conveniences included a refrigerator and kettle. I didn't try the breakfast, which wasn't included in my stay.

No toiletries other than a combined liquid soap / shampoo. As is common in Europe, there's no shower curtain, so it was hard not to have water all over the floor around the toilet. Entrance area had an oddly placed sensor, which would turn on the hallway light when I was just trying to turn on the bathroom light. These are very minor quibbles.

Everything was perfect. Very good value for money. Room was clean, bed comfortable, good equipment, everything working.

There is a sensor in the room, at the entrance, which turns on the light when you enter the room. When somebody walks in the hallway outside, it generates a little wind, which comes trough under the door. That wind is strong enough to bounce the "Clean my room / DND" tag on the doorknob, which then is picked up by the sensor that turns on the light. This took me a while to figure out, I did not understand what turned on the lights multiple times during the first evening. Honestly it freaked me out. I thought someone entered the room. Quick fix is to not keep the tag on the doorknob. I'd suggest the hotel to fix this somehow permanently. It might use electricity for no reason.

Fortunately upgraded to a double room through availability and it was a good size for a solo trip. I chose this hotel for it's location. I went to the Spa F1 GP and it was a 15 min walk from the hotel to the coach departure point. A solid base for the weekend trip.

The room was good and no problems with the hotel itself. The surrounding area walking towards Brussels Nord train station wasn't great at times so be aware and keep valuables out of sight.

Has to be one of the best kept secrets in Brussels, the staff can not do enough for you,the rooms are cleaned every day,the hotel is extremely well situated, with teams and buses linking you to the centre of Brussels. Our room ,has to be one of the best rooms we've stayed in ,just simply perfect....and the touch was having the possibility to make a cup of tea when you want .as small thing. Yet a huge thing....how many hotels today have this... The Best western hotel, (honestly) played a major part to out first time visit to this beautiful city. Believe me we've stayed in many many hotels around the world and Europe....this has to best so far....A huge thank you to all the staff..just brilliant 🙂

On arrival, there was a slight problem with pre payment of our room.... Booking had deducted the sum from my account, but the hotel had not received the details....after a concerning 30 minutes it was sorted out....this is not the first time using Booking?

Central location of this hotel is very convenient, if you want to explore main attractions of Brussels. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Comfortable bed, good shower, electric kettle with the tea bags. Good WiFi in the room. Underground parking nearby (5 minutes walk)costs 20 euros per day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our room faced rue Royale. It's the central street and it was noisy from the sirens of the police cars driving very often.

The room was big and specious. Everything was clean and working. There is a little supermarket down the road and loads of travel connections not far away.

You can hear noise from the hallway and from outside. Before checking in I asked about the late checkout supplement and was given a price I agreed to I then got to the hotel and was told nearly triple the price given. I then showed the man at the desk the price I agreed upon and it was sorted but this wasn't a great start.

Very convenient location - its very close to the city centre and most of the landmarks are at a walkable distance. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodated our request for keeping our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so we could make use of our time as our onward journey was later in the evening! The room was comfortable and well maintained. Ideal for 1 day or a 2 day stay!
