An excellent hotel/hostel next to the river - simple accommodation, mainly targeted for young people, next to the river, the staff running the hotel are the same people that run the kayak rental facility. We rented the family room which was perfect for five people (two adults and three younger family members on the upper floor). Don't expect luxury - this is a simple, clean, efficient place to stay, very good breakfast, the staff was super friendly and nice, the price for money was great. Super recommended!

The ladder to climb to the upper floor for the additional beds is almost vertical. I wonder if somebody will injure themselves one day going up or down....

There was a free and private parking area (a lot of spaces). The family room was just the right size for our family. Mehdi was super nice, accommodating, helpful, and hands-on. We had a lot of things and he helped us bring them to our room. He explained everything well and even gave recommendations of good restaurants.

The double bed in the family room was a bit uncomfortable as the level of the twin beds was a bit uneven. There were only French channels on the television.

Location for kayaking is very good. Rooms with terrace is good. It's nice that there's a refrigerator, a microwave and kettle.

1. On our second day during breakfast we were ask if we have meal ticket but we didn't received it during our check-in. On the same day while we were already eating and there's a family who came in for breakfast also the GUY who's serving the guests point at OUR table and said something to them and they all looked at us like we did a crime. Next time put RESERVED on tables if it was for someone because it's very awkward. 2. The door of our rooms is so noisy once you open and close it. 3. Sad that there is only 1 channel in the television. 4. No hair dryer. Room 6 & 5

The hotel is located in a quiet place outside Dinant so if you are travelling by car you will find it easy to stay here and cycle/walk/drive to Dinant. The beds were decent and the room was clean. Ideal for a group of friends.

These are very small things and really couldn’t expect more in the price, but if other people in the neighbouring rooms get in later in the night, you can hear them quite loudly while they walk through the hallway to their room. The bathrooms exhaust isn’t that great. Also, if you are more than 3 people, it takes a long time for everyone to get ready as there’s just 1 bathroom with attached toilet.

Great price with family room! Dorm style hallway was a little noisy, but great private bathroom with sleeping for 5 was amazing. Great town with so much to do and see. Caverns, boat rides, kayaks, castle, hiking, restaurants, history (home of the saxophone).

It would also get a little noisy once the kayakers start arriving in the morning especially on the weekends so don’t plan on sleeping in.

In general, everything was fine, as expected. The bed very very comfortable, the room clean, the furniture a little old but in good condition. It was very easy to do the late check-in, they left us the room keys in a safe at the entrance of the hotel and they sent us the instructions to open them by SMS.

The only bad thing is that we got the room that is closest to the entrance, and it was quite noisy, the door sounds loud when closing. The door and the voices could be heard every time someone entered or left the hotel.

The location is fine, easy to find, and with ample parking space. Plenty of okay restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms are along a corridor that has a strange, stuffy smell... It gets noisy outside when people gather to go on their kayak trips.

Nice quiet location outside of town. Parking directly out back. A public refrigerator was great to keep those wonderful Belgium beers cool. Check-in young lady was wonderful. large clean room with nice balcony. Nice size and comfortable bed.

An elevator would have been nice.

Nice and clean, good value. right above the kajak reservations desk. mattresses were nice and soft.

the walls are super thin, and there were really loud guests that screamed in the night and banged on our doors.

Location is perfect

The only thing stairs to get up for kids to second floor I don't like it,is to steep and danger.
