The property is close to Tour de France route, therefore, after coming off the main road, you pass charming little villages that you would not see otherwise. The location of the hotel is ideal - just at the entrance to Givet, with a huge shopping mall nearby, McDonalds, and pharmacy. The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable for one night stay. Even if there were no cups and kettles in the rooms, there were vending machines on site for getting a drink or a snack.

The noise could easily be heard from the corridor.

Breakfast was excellent service was excellent area perfect supermarket and shops within walking distance however swimming nextdoor has strict policy for males Speedos only no shorts There was also a rave in the neighborhood so was noisy until 3am however I'd say normally extremely quite & peaceful

The neighborhood music festival throughout the night until the early hours 3am not the hotels fault

Amazing location and very good staff. Parking space is wonderful. Theres a shopping center very close to the IBIS and a MC donalds and the restaurant Le Royal is very close.

A kettle for tea and coffee in the room would have been good. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom

Convenient location with parking out front (on motorcycle trip) Shops, places to eat and fuel across road is handy, but its a long walk into town. Clean rooms of a known standard. Very good breakfast at fair price.

Only the distance from town, but knew that when I booked, so an observation not complaint.

I've stayed here three times now. It's convenient, and breakfasts are excellent. The hotel is situated opposite a retail park, which features a wonderful Chinese restaurant, so eating out is just a short walk away.

Nothing to improve!

- staff was lovely - room was great and clean - all on the ground floor - breakfast was very good and varied - easy access

- the bedding could be improved - mattress a little hard and pillow thin on the neck - we couldn’t figure out how their EV charger works, and that was our only reason for choosing that hotel

Good reception. Called to arrive later which was no problem. Decent room with renewed shower. Separate toilet. Quiet rooms. Decent breakfast, enough choice.

Shower was flooding in the bathroom.

Air-co wasn't so strong. Only one person at reception spoke English. Vending machines only worked with coins.

The room was enough for our family, with just enough room to walk beside the beds. Location is very good. Lidl and Mcdi is close by. Very good hotel for its price.

Breakfast was nice. Location is great if you have a car. There is a lot of parking space. There are many shops and supermarkets in walking distance. Personnel was very helpful.
