Wonderful Continental breakfast buffet, great location, helpful staff. Very good restaurant with traditional Belgian food. Amazingly quiet, considering that is is on the square across from the train and bus stations. We enjoyed a festival the day we arrived from our windows, and the view of the square on other days.

This is a lovely old building, with a narrow winding staircase and no elevator. The manager kindly carried our heavy bags upstairs and down again. It is an ideal place for able-bodied people traveling light, with backpacks or small suitcases. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms; fortunately it was cool during our stay and opening the windows kept the temperature pleasant.

Right next to the train station so very convenient if you're arriving with a lot of luggage. The breakfast is included and it is pretty decent for a couple of days stay.

The place does not have a lift and the stairs are winding as it's an old building. Not very easy if you have check in baggage and you have to lug them three floors to your room. Also, the entrance to the hotel is through the restaurant and nowhere is it written that you have to go to the bar to check in. It is actually quite strange entering a restaurant full of people having their meal and asking them to scoot to drag your luggage through.

Great location, nice and helpful staff, very clean, safe area, close to the main train station, good value for money. The breakfast is a buffet pretty good. Main attractions are just 10 minutes walk and the hotel has a good restaurant. We had a great sleep.

I was assigned the only room located on the 4th floor, but the hotel does not have a lift and the stairs are winding as it is an old building. Not very easy if you have check in baggage and you have to lug them four floors to your room. No one helped us. The carpet in my room had a lot of stains which made it look unclean which is a shame as the room was cleaned. Also, the entrance to the hotel is through the restaurant and nowhere is it written that you have to go to the bar of the restaurant to check in.

so close to everything, especially gig venue and parking , room nice , had 2 free toothbrushes in room , really quiet although the hotel was busy , had a great sleep , breakfast was good , they had salmon on offer at breakfast, extremely good value for money , beautiful breakfast table setting with real napkins etc , some nice quality touches especially for the price

I don’t know if the small digibox was broken or I couldn’t get it to work but couldn’t watch tv , I would only have had it on for 20 minutes anyway . tried to hand my luggage in early as I arrived before 3 but no answer at door tried 3 times , there was a phone number on door but couldn’t get it to work , messaged through booking com app but they replied after I had checked in and was at the gig . I arrived about 1 in the afternoon.

Nice hotel, near the train station but also not far to the city center (Leuven is not that big city though). Easy check-in and check-out possibility online. Beautiful nice room, excellent breakfast, always a big bottle with fresh water in the room. Belgium in general is very expensive, but this hotel has realy good prices for what you get!

There is no air condition in the room, so it was very hot the first day and night, even with windows wide open, but that is realy just a small critique, the rest of the hotel was very nice.

The location is just in front of the railway station, this means 15 minutes walking to the center. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The breakfast was included and very good. The last day I had to leave early and the staff provided me the breakfast one day before. The coffee machine was available in the restaurant for all day long.

The room has no air conditioning and this year the temperature in Leuven is higher than the previous years.

The location is great, breakfast is amazing and in a nice dining hall. The staff is also very nice. Breakfast surpassed all expectations, great value for this price. Complete offer including fruit, eggs and bacon, good coffee, juices, jams, cornflakes of different kinds, smoked salmon and various salami, cheese...amazing!

The rooms and the corridors are quite in shabby state, not too bad but seems a bit not well maintained. It was clean and nice but due to the not great maintenance and very used things and furniture it gives an impression of not that clean.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, pretty good curtains, excellent breakfast, supportive owner: despite restaurant closed on sundays (which also serves as entry to hotel), we were able to leave our luggage in the 'storage room' so we could sightsee hands free until the evening when we came back to pick it up, before taking the train home. Also, they happily provided us with glutenfree 'pistolets/sandwiches' when we asked for them at breakfast!

The hotel is very convenient if you need to take an early flight from Brussels airport and do not want to spend a fortune. Besides, the breakfast is really good! You have many choices and all in abundance. Beside the staff working at breakfast hours were really kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

I didn't like to climb so many stairs with my luggage but I suppose I could have asked for the staff to keep my staff downstairs.

Price, location. Windows were away from station into courtyards, no noise from station square at all, nice views. Despite all inconveniences I liked the feel of old days (there was even fireplace in my room, now partially covered). Wi-fi was good. Nice breakfast.

No air-conditioning, room 11 was facing SW, so was heated from the noon. Definitely not for hot summer. I was saved by cool nights as I could open windows (quiet courtyards). No reception, you enter through restaurant (imagine how it looked when I came back from evening run :) ). No lift, steep narrow staircase. Hotel is old and in need of repairs.
